Upon being seated, the waitress that was assigned the the section we requested to sit in refused to serve us. The hostess had to bring us our utensils. After receiving our utensils, we waited an additional 50 minutes to have our drink orders taken. After the drinks orders were taken, we waited another 30 minutes for our drinks. An hour after we finished our drinks our food came out cold and dry. We ordered the salad bar but everything is dry and wilted. I am actually typing this as I sit in the restaurant. Do not come here unless they are full staffed.

I failed to capture any pictures of ruby tuesday, I was so mesmerized by the wonderful music selection. I feel like they could use with a window tint, feels a little bright for my taste. I got a burger with onion ring and bacon, it was pretty good. Fries and boneless wings were yummy. Artichoke dip was scrumptious. Salad bar for only $6 is a pretty good deal, they’ve got like everything you could want on a salad. They did run out of ranch unfortunately. Kind hearted staff.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. My parmesan shrimp pasta was loaded with shrimp shells. After ten minutes of trying to pick them out, I gave up. It wasn't a surprise that the pasta was bland. My daughter ordered the chicken quesadillas. She said they were nasty and had an odd flavor to them. Her lava cake was burnt. Obviously, there was no chocolate lava. The price they charge for drinks is ridiculous. The cups are so small. Overall, the place was a waste of money, and we will never order from there again.

Their salad bar is the always great & that’s always the only good thing. Service is hit or miss. Last time I went, the entrees came out in 2 min…before we could get salads & it was a bit sus. The food is meh. IDK how you mess up a lemonade but that’s a thing I guess. Overall, the menu has just gone downhill too. I used to really like this place but the salad bar is the only thing that I come back for.

Today was 2 dollar Tuesday and I specifically came for the Margaritas because they have been wonderful in the past. I had the Hickory Bourbon Salmon which was delicious as always. My experience was dampened by the absolutely terrible drink. Clearly the bartender or drink person today 2/22 had no business making drinks. He or she is clueless. I can get great salmon in any number of places, but I think I will skip Ruby Tuesday when it comes to drinks and specials.Left it!! ?

I prefer to leave positive reviews but this is unreal. We ordered online, went to pick it up, my son got to his car and realized there weren’t enough meals, went back in and they said ‘oh, we’re out of salmon’ Not, oh sorry, we didn’t bother to call or even text the number on the order to notify you, just pick up your order and who cares about the $17+ meal. They offered him Tilapia, 10-15 minutes. He waited and waited, 30 minutes and he finally asked. It’s just sitting there. So cold meals, a substitute that was $5 less, and he left. I called the asst manager who offered for us to drive back and get a ‘free’ appetizer or dessert or garden bar. They already OWE me money and for all we just dealt with, it should have been comped!! I’m just so shocked and cannot believe they did this!!!

The Experience was Good the Service was grand the waitress was Magnificent I don't know her name but she was a wonder. The Chicken Tenders and fries was delicious I recommend them and the strawberry lemonade. On the other hand "THE LOADED POTATO" WAS NOT WHAT I CALL LOADED JUST A LITTLE CHEESE AND A FEW BACON BITS AND CHIVES WITH THE SOUR CREAM ON THE SIDE WITH BUTTER DO NOT ORDER THE LOADED POTATO. Other then that it was a great experience.-Taqiyy B.R Abdullaah

I came up to Salisbury to visit my boyfriend and I really wanted to go to Ruby Tuesday because I hadn’t been in years and the one back home is now a Chick-fil-A. I understand why there are not many left. The service was not that great and it seemed like no one knew what was going on. I had ordered a drink and someone (who was not my server) brought over a completely different drink. Then my drink was being walked around by I think the manager and it was a super long time before I received the correct drink. I ordered the triple play and the 2 chicken tenders I received one was huge and was like a nugget. I will say the crispy shrimp was really good! And the ribs were okay and my mashed potato’s were cold. My boyfriend ordered the ribeye but they were out of the ribeye so the server said they would give him 2 sirloins. It was okay. The Mac n cheese he ordered had no flavor at all. Overall not great experience. The server knew nothing, food wasn’t great and restaurant was pretty groady. Won’t come back.

I would normally never comment on this kind of thing since I’m a server myself and have a lot of understanding- but man, this place has got to have the worst service I’ve ever seen. I’ll preface by saying I actually tried to eat here a few months ago, was sat by a hostess, and was passed by for half an hour while no server ever came and ended up actually leaving! Anyways, today I gave it another try. Our server was really, really bad. Ordered the garden bar as an “appetizer” for our meal and then didn’t see her at all for over 20 minutes. Tracked her down and asked about silverware and plates to get our salad. She tells us to get plates from the salad bar but they were nowhere to be found so we just never got them. Our drinks weren’t refilled and we weren’t checked in on at all despite it being slow in there. Had to track her down for the check because she was so inattentive. I definitely wouldn’t try this place a third time.

Service was good....that's about it. Food was awful! Chicken Fresco recipe was awful. Spinach dip was sour. Salmon, awful. Tequila Sunrise had no sunrise. 90 dollar check was worth 9 dollars! We eat out often - never again at Ruby Tuesdays. They have gone below down hill.
