The customer service was excellent the moment we entered. The server greeted with a smile. Amber, the sever was professional, polite, efficient and fast. She made excellent suggestions. I have not been to Red Lobster in year's. This location made my experience a great one. Thank you. Go check it out for yourself. Love great customer service with good food...this location delivers.

Danny was a pleasure to my mother and I today. Food was great and drinks. Mom got the virgin strawberry daiquiri and loved it. Don’t forget to ask for Danny!

It was a wonderful meal, loaded up on biscuits, had stuffed mushrooms, then I had shrimp and lobster meal. It was so good, but I had to take it home couldn't finish. Finished it next day though.

Our waiter was phenomenal. He was quick, efficient and accommodating; I wish I remembered the young man’s name that serviced on 4/6/2022 at 1:00 p.m.

all was good, food and service

Service was fairly good, but it took a while for our food once we ordered. One member of our group is not a seafood fan ordered a bacon cheeseburger, the bacon was black when it arrived. I had lobster stuffed flounder it was very good.Annoying was the computer they give you at the end of the meal to pay your bill. I couldn't get it to work neither could the waitress. I go out to relax and get away from the computer. Would much rather have the servers take the bill and bring a receipt.

Feb 7th 2022 I came to your restaurant with a guest . I was mistreated and ignored by my waiter .. after I let her know she had not brought me my entire meal I ordered , she only served me part of my order as she didn't bring me my cole slaw and instead she served two other tables before tending to me. I waited over 20 minutes for her to bring it to me just to find out that it was rotten, sour to the taste and smell . I told her about this and was ignored and shushed out of the store. No discount or replacement offer, I even tipped the waitress as she stood over me waiting . Now this ruined an entire day that I had to travel nearly an hour to get to. And such embarrassment on me to my guest . I'd like a refund of the entire orders that day , since this is the second time writing you about this event.

We had a great server and the meal came out on time and hot! I heard the manager talking with other guess and she was outstanding...
