Don’t waste your money on this place! Spent 30$ on two cheesesteaks and was the worst ever! No meat in them! Half of my sub was just bread! Very disappointed!
Subs were good but $35 for 2 subs (no sides, drinks) is ridiculous.
Quality of the food definitely went down. We asked for thin crust on the pizza, they gave us thick crust that tasted like bread and was soggy, the topping was falling all over the place, there was too much sauce and not enough cheese.
I used to order from this place alot some years ago and enjoyed their food but the last few times the food has been some of the worse. Mozzarella sticks.that are cooked so long all the cheese is gone from inside, subs that are soaking wet by the time you get them. Bread is so soggy I can't even eat it. Tonight though my wife and I really wanted a meatball sub. My wife said she didn't think they could mess that up so we ordered. The subs came and were scorched...the taste of their oven was all you could taste on the sub. There was 4 meatballs on a 12 inch sub and my wife said they tasted like burnt Salisbury steak and I agree. It's a shame because I really used to order from here alot and enjoyed their food. Don't waste your money.
It had been a year since I last ordered here due to being disappointed with the cheeseburger sub I could hammer nails with but beings how it had been a while we decided to give it another try.. Tonight we received 2 meatball subs we couldn’t even eat. Bread was so hard and burnt, cheese was scorched and the whole thing tasted like the bottom of an oven. You could smell the scorched stench the moment you open the box. Never again. Don’t waste your money. I honestly don’t even know how they are even in business with how nasty the food is.
Poor customer service. Waited 20 minutes for two cold subs and both were wrong. Used to be good sub shop. No more!
I have always heard good things about this place but I was far from impressed. Online ordering was easy & the prices were decent. The food was sub par though. My fries were stone cold & chicken in my sub was so dry & tough I couldn’t even cut through it with a knife.

Food was not good at all. I got a cheeseburger sub and soon as I opened it,it looked like they just pieces of roll and tried to put it back together. The burgers were burnt and fries were cold.
I order from there often $13.89 for a large sub. I asked for oregano, s&p hots on the side. Got none of that. When I asked about the napkins I was told you have to ask for them! Really? Steak was cold cheese wasn't melted. Am very disappointed. I called and was told We are sorry. Make another one? Wait an hour to get it? I think not
