Even I said hi,They make me feel like when I am there.People are rule there, almost $4 drink and no refilled, they ask you to pay again, and ignore you.
Every time I visited this location I was dissatisfied. The food is always way to greasy especially the fries. I love Popeyes but this location is garbage.
My daughter and decided to go to this place for a meal. I ordered the fish meal. My daughter ordered the chicken sandwich meal. I was suppose to get a fresh or made to order food. The fish was old, not good at all. I had like ten fries. My daughter had 9 fries in her order. And her chicken was sorry. Never going back to that sorry place.!!!!!!!!!!!
Honestly this location to me is disgusting. I ordered Uber eats and when it arrived I immediately thought this looks like it came from the south location. Looked at my receipt and it was. Everything about this one compared to north Popeyes just screams low budget, food is always good poorly. It’s taste as if someone did there best into imitate how it’s actually made. My whole meal was gross but didn’t complain bcuz it was basically free but i really wish I paid attention which place I ordered from.

Last night I ordered the Two can eat for Ten deal.. Two would have had to go get more food or go hungry! I got two small legs, two small wings and a small thigh! To make matters worse I was told I had a 5 minute wait when it was more like 10 tto 15. Spent over $14 for this order that wasn't worth $5! Things would have been totally different if I had checked the order before I left but I feel like I shouldn't have to. Companies like this should care more about how they treat their customers than this!
If I could give negative stars I would. The customer service is absolutely atrocious. I’ve been looking forward to the classic chicken sandwich for a while. After my first bite I could tell this chicken had been sitting all day if not more. Such a disappointment. I will never go back to this location.
Worst customer service ever. Waited at the menu (that was smashed up) to order as sign on it said to do. Over 10 minutes when by with no one taking our order. There was a car in front of us that ordered at the menu and pulled up to the window. Even after that car was gone we still had no service. We were using the mobile app so we opened the coupon as soon as we got to the menu to keep from holding up the line.We drove up to the window and one employee was on his phone and the chick at the window had an attitude and a bad wig (like not brushed or put up). She opened the window as if to take our order and when we went to talk to to her she rolled her eyes and held up a finger to tell us one minute but did not say anything and walked away.After we finally got our order of one small meal we left. On the ride home we noticed that items were missing. We called them to see what could be done only for the rude chick at the window to hang up on us. We tried to call back but it was ignored. We called from a different phone and got the manager. We were told that we could come back to get the item. We live across town and would not have made it back before they closed. We just stopped there because we were on that side of town already. Should have just went to North, never have a problem with them.If people were more worried about doing their job this would not have happened. Two out of four people were working while the other two stood around.
Worst customer service I have ever seen. Most ghetto Popeyes. I ordered a mild two piece chicken. I was told ten minutes and it took over 25. The lady told me to pull up in front of a exit sign where someone could hit my car while waiting for my food. When I finally got my food the biscuit was dry and I was given no jelly and the mashed potatoes tasted like paste. I never have had a biscuit this dry. There were about ten workers in there, nobody wearing a mask and two people supposed to be working just smoking outside but no chicken ready. This is horrible. People just don't care about doing their jobs anymore.
My kids love this place especially their children nuggets and chicken tenders with fries. Good place good service.?
