The worst service I had ever had to pick up. To be honest I want to say the lady is a mgn. I was explaining to the lady how I don’t get paid if I don’t confirm: she told me if I don’t like the policy I don’t need to come there. The crazy part i was already walking away so why u still yelling things to me. I’m going to take it as she is racist n don’t want me to come there. One thing she is right I don’t have to come there n trust me I won’t ever. I have been doing this work for almost a year. This is the first time I have had such disgusting service. I ask for the cooperate number I know she gave me the wrong info but google will give you the info. Someone needs to know how they treat you there . I was at the Salisbury branch around one o’clock on 7/17/2022. I believe she said her name is Kate but I’m sure that was a lie as well.
Grilled salad wasn't even a grilled salad! Threw it in the back of my fridge! Planned on taking it back but just threw it out??the cheese fries weren't so great either
New to the area and have had the pleat of eating here twice. Each time the pizza was exceptional with the perfect balance of ingredients. The marinara is flavorful and really compliments the fresh pizza dough. Will definitely keep coming back!

I've ordered from Pat's a half dozen times now and I'm impressed. Not just the food being excellent, but also the way they package the food for delivery so it stays hot and all together (no mess) and the delivery personnel are always friendly and looking professional. It's easy to tell that they take pride in their work, as they should. The pizza, Strombolis and cheese steaks are obviously made from quality fresh foods. I typically have complaints when it comes to local food delivery. None here. Excellent!
My last 3 orders were delivered missing items and cold. I wait an hour for food and the least I expect is the order being correct and semi-hot! When you call to tell them all you get the option of getting what was missing but that's another hour!!! Really? I'm sorry has really lost its meaning with this restaurant because nothing changes and no real offer to fix it or to issue some credit is offered. Why would I make the driver, who had nothing to do with it, take a major loss (time, gas, and missed deliveries) for his boss by driving me the missing honey mustard for the chicken tenders? Crazy...........
Very good Pizza and wings. Today it was busy.
My go-to place for Italian cold cut subs. Pizza is good here too. The Stromboli here is Devine!
