Placed an online order on this website. It was delivered by Door Dash. They got to my apartment building didn't even bother to call me if they needed help getting in and took my order back to Papa John's. They didn't even call me to tell me my order wasn't coming. I had to call after a 33 minute wait time turned into 80 minutes. This was my first and last order horrible management no apologies nothing!

Just ordered and it was one of the worst pizzas I’ve had. They definitely did not add extra cheese which they charge for and then when it was delivered, it was as if it had been sitting around for an hour. The cheese was congealed on both the pizza and the bread sticks, which were also dried out and flat.
The better of the national big three. 100 feet from Specific Gravity, .8 miles from Pizza City and Evo. 1.5 miles from Addie's and at least one other shop. They hire local but local should not be forgotten.

Driver PICKED OFF THE BACON, handed me pizza with the sticker not attached. Manager immediately went Karen mode and hung up. Trash place, 0 stars, contact Ming corporate as we speak. Disgusting and unsanitary, also letting the health department know.
I called almost a hour before they closed and they confirmed my order and when I got here the doors were locked and I called again and they said that they had no order for me.
October the 16th 2021 at 6:15 p.m. Papa John's located on West college Avenue next to Ace Hardware When I went into to place my order young lady had I had to repeat my order several times because she hit earbuds in which I feel is not appropriate if you are taking customers orders save that for in the back if you're cooking. Also I feel that everyone should have a hair net on when you are dealing with food
Save your money, go to Pizza Hut or Dominos, or honestly anywhere else. Spent 70$ here. Not the type of person to leave a review. However, Called the manager and told them my breadsticks were burnt. She said, “I am the one who made them, and they are not burnt”. Almost broke my tooth giving it the benefit of doubt. They also messed up on my pizza, which was only two toppings. Said they can come back to drop off the 10 extra sauces I bought, which they forgot. They are not going to reimburse the breadsticks at all. Hopefully, this review with the images will grab their attention. Very rude on the phone. Only gave one star because i liked the delivery person. Will update on if they come back to drop off the sauces and toppings that they forgot. However, the pizza is good. UPDATE:delivery driver came back with toppings and dipping sauces! At least they have good employees!
