Walking into Mogans you're greeted with smiling faces and the place oozes with romantic high quality energy. Our waiter matched the expectations with the perfect level of friendliness, compliments, and professionalism.The menu is robust and ranges from burgers to oysters and many things in between.The drink menu is great and they definitely have some cocktails that you will want to come here to try.The burger of the day for me had extremely high quality beef that you can taste. Topped with smoked pork and pineapple chunks with pickled onions. There was some kind of sauce that really brought all of these flavors into a bold experience. It was hands down the best burger I have had in Salisbury.On the side was potatoes that were sliced and cooked into a crisp deliciousness. Topped with a pork jam and pickled onions. The jam was sweet but subtle thanks to the bacon. It's a must try.The fish tacos change based on the fish they have in stock. Today it was mahi. You could taste the freshness from the fish but also from the lettuce and corn. It was such a delightful taco and the red peppers gave just the right amount of spice to really give the fresh flavors the kick they needed to really pop.The little biscuits were similar to red lobster cheese biscuits except they were unique with a special blend of seasoning paired with this sweet cinnamon butter. It was a very unique combination of flavors.For dessert I tried the passion fruit tart. It's a nice size serving and again you can taste the quality in the first bite. It's topped with floral and these dehydrated fruit stars. The toppings gave a wonderful expansion to the already surprisingly wonderous tart.I would highly recommend Mogans, and if you're on a budget they have meals ranging from 12 dollars and up. I can only imagine what every dish here tastes like as you can taste the passion in everything I tried today.
Came here at the last minute as it seemed to be the only good seafood restaurant that’s still open at 8:30pm in the area per google map. It was our first time visiting the restaurant, and we were so happy that we came here!! Everything we ordered tasted awesome!! Service is excellent!!!

"Honest Oysters" were divine as were the Thai brussel sprouts. Pictured is crab cake (over polenta) and asparagus with hollandaise sauce which were delicious. However, I did not need the polenta!Desert was amazing! An English chocolate pudding with caramel sauce, both made in house, and topped with locally made ice cream. I do believe that the caramel sauce was the most delicious I have ever tasted!It seemed a bit pricey, but then what isn't these days. And I don't mind pricey when the food is so delicious.My only complaint was the noise level. They need to install those sound absorbing "pillows" on the ceiling. Fudruckers did that in Darnestown, Maryland and it made a huge difference. Luckily I was with my husband for our 47th anniversary, so we've had plenty of time to hear each other talk!!
This is by far the best restaurant I have been to in a while. The service is amazing. And the food even better. I heard the good reviews and they don’t disappoint. I ordered the soft shell crab sandwich and Mac’n’Cheese side!! HIGHLY reccomend! 10/10

our server was outstanding, the special sold me and was delicious. the only drawback was i got a ceaser salad to go for lunch, and i guess they don't cater to such requests as it was the worst ceaser imaginable, lets get the easy stuff right.

This place is fantastic with a friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. The bouillabaisse is nearly perfect, definitely order it. And don't miss the Thai chilli Brussels sprouts. Will definitely return!
I enjoyed the atmosphere and the service was fantastic. I loved the restaurant until the food came which was average and overpriced for the quality. I enjoyed the overall experience enough to go back and try again.
