poor service. window girl doesn't know how to do her job, and when brought to her attention she turned nasty. dont bother calling in, they'll end up hanging up or telling you to call corporate. worst service I ever received won't be back.
This McDonald's is grossly unprofessional. My daughter applied for a job. They had her come in on 4 separate occasions, fill out the same paperwork each time, had her sitting around for half and hour each time only to tell her she can't work there. The manager knew my daughter was 15, but still decided to jerk her around. My daughter wants to work, but places like this make it very discouraging. I will not be giving them our business ever again. They need to learn how to not jerk potential hires around.

Rude staff and heavy delays. Didn’t get my mobile order until I went in and asked, when I brought my complaint up to the manager she pointed at the monitor and said “look at my screen”. Even when your busy it should not take 25 minutes to get one order out the door.
I didn’t get names of the girls who were helping with my order but quite frankly everyone who is working on this shift right now deserves a raise. You can tell they were getting backed up because it is super busy but they definitely handled it like a boss. Waited awhile for a mocha frappe which was perfectly fine it was also funny when it came out the door dash guy stole my drink so I stood there a little bit longer but the women who helped me were absolutely amazing and hilarious
Went into the store this morning ordered the burritos asked the girl for extra hot sauce she said that I got 2 burritos you get 2 sauce. Advised want would like extras, she than got an attitude and threw a couple of packets to me. I asked for a manager and stated that she was extremely rude. She started her class act right in front of the so called manager stating she didn’t throw anything that she handed to me and I dropped them and she was yelling she was not rude……although I had 2 witnesses. I didn’t catch her name but she had blond and black dreads.If this is the type of people (rude, lying disrespectful children) McDonalds have working for them then they have lost a loyal customer for over 60 years
I asked the manager very politely if she could remake my cheeseburger with different gloves on due to the fact I seen her on her personal cell phone while making the cheeseburger that she was handing me, she then caught an attitude with me and denied having her phone in her hand (multiple customers seen her holding the phone and talking on it while making food) and said she would only refund me my money. All around not good service, don’t walk in just go through their drive thru. I was sitting in there for almost 20 minutes when I only had ordered one cheeseburger and it seems every time I go in I’m in there about 15 minutes no matter how big or small the order, they mainly only focus on their drive-thru.
Food was thrown together. No taste never had such bad food from here.

I order, screen wasn't working...... window- 7.70,, hand my card hands me wrong drink.... me- that's not mine. what you order! #1, large sweet tea. slams window shut, hollars, can you refund this woman money? manager fixes,very nice, hands me food, cashier- tea,,,slams window. YOU heard wrong, how is this MY fault? note to manager,,, fire the ratchettness,,period!!!!
Was well worth going there, will again, the chocolate shake and blueberry muffin blew me away it was so tasty.
