Every time we go to Salisbury md mcdonald's they are slow and put us in the drive-thru 1,2,3or4 parking slots. People were getting out the line cus it was so slow. Than they catch attitudes when we tell them that's not our order and we want our money back. You can't keep blaming covid for unerstaffing and poor service. This restaurant has been like this since before covid. We are staying away for a while.
I ordered a homestyle breakfast and a Hazelnut Iced coffee And it doesn't even taste like hazelnut It tasted like a plain coffee with no hazelnut flavor at all in it

I can say it not the best place, they did not get the order right, and when we told the young lady at the window about the order being wrong she got a attitude. They also tried to charge us for a Double Quarter that we already paid for, Never the less for the wrong that they done we were given two Double Quarter Pounders and extra french fries. All tho the first Double Quarter Pounder was Raw in the middle noticed it when I took my first bite at home.
I went and got food in the drive Through fries were cold and not Salted I asked for hot hot five Sunday with extra hot fudge and it was only on the top and there was no extra
Stopped for breakfast in drive thru this morning. Gentleman was extremely rude at the ordering speaker. Nothing like being berated on Valentines Day... Most of the time order is wrong and cold. This place use to be nice. Dont bother stopping here now. Not Mclovin it....
Clean and tidy dining. My son loves to eat here, no complaints..
Zombies ?♀️ and more Zombies work there at night.Disorganized,slow and they send you to a reserved lane to wait for your food that never comes out. You have to go in and explain what you ordered because of course silly me I didn't get my receipt from the guy at the drive thru.More waiting and waiting at least the manager apologized shockingly.Oh but they were closing their inside dining area that was the most important thing on their agenda.
