My 3rd and final time asking for it cooked and getting absolutely RAW pizza.I told the waitness "Well done well done well done!"What do I get raw pizza.Disgusting.I'm done.Before Covid this was my favorite place a Salisbury.Not anymore.
My wife and I went to Lombardi's Pizza in Salisbury last night for dinner. I asked for an Italian Cold Cut Sub and told our waitress twice that I'd like it without onions and tomatoes. When it came out it had both the tomatoes and onions on it. Mistakes happen so I sent it back. It came back the 2nd and an unbelievable 3rd time and it still had both on it. Still no apology from our waitress,, and I asked for a new sub. We saw the waitress hand the sub through the window telling the cook "They'd like a new sub". Less than 30 seconds later the subs handed back to the waitress who's still at the window and it's given back to me after the onions and tomatoes have been picked out. Instead of apologizing the waitress tries to tell us it's a new sub. We asked for our bill and to speak with the manager. Another staff member tells us the manager would be out when she had a minute. No manager, no apology, we left very unsatisfied and hungry, 2nd time recently we've had terrible service there.. Staff doesn't seem to care !!
Ordered a pizza with extra sauce. No sauce hardly at all. Happens all the time. We avoid this place due to poor quality but tried it again today in hopes. Terrible. Also time they gave for pick up was off. Not very hot at pick up. The previous time we had to wait 20 minutes. Times are not accurate. This place used to be awesome. What has happened ? I’m in favor of younger workers but let’s be accurate.
Loved the food, but our waitress was slow and brought our salads out after our entrees, hence 4 star.
Best pizza outside vof New York all there food is phenomenal
good pizza people are nice could use an update but still good food the kids love the fish tank and the games at the front door
Called in my order at 530 get there at 6 the girl said they didn’t have my order so I guess they are making it.. it’s now 7 and I’m still waiting… Lombardis used to be my favorite pizza for over 20 years… lately it’s been very disappointing new help, no manager around?no one solving the problems and the pizza are not cooked properly after tonight I will never order from here again…
Waited over 50 minutes for chicken wings and a chicken sandwich! When the food finally arrived the wings were scalding hot yet the sandwich was ice cold. The waitress disappeared for the last 30 minutes of our wait offering no explanation as to why it was taking so long or offered refills on the drinks or perhaps complimentary chips and salsa or something to make up for the poor service. When we left there was no apology or discount. They weren't even busy we were only one of four tables in the restaurant occupied. We also heard the other table say that they have been waiting over an hour. Inexcusable!
Got there at 6:10 and there were 3-4 tables being served. We placed our order and meal salads for two in our party came out in about 20 min. Kids’ spaghettis came out 10 min after that. Waitress came to ask if we were having any dessert. Ummmmmm…never got our pizza. Waitress said it had “been a day!” She goes to check on it. We still don’t see her for another 5-6 minutes. She reappears. “They’re working on it!” Now mind you, this was a large pepperoni - nothing special. I finally go to the kitchen and two employees (one eating a slice of pizza) and the waitress were chatting. I said, “It’s been over 45 minutes for our pizza. Our toddlers are getting restless, we’ll just need it in a box at this point.” Pizza guy apologized for burning our first pizza. Second attempt was still in the oven. What do they use to cook their pizzas?? Toaster ovens? ANOTHER TEN MINUTES and we finally get the pizza - undercooked. Waitress gave us 10% off. Whoop-dee-freakin’-do. That pizza should have absolutely been free!! By the time we got home it was absolutely disgusting. We didn’t eat more than a couple bites and threw it in the trash and so three of us had no dinner at all. I know places are short-staffed but seeing three employees chatting and eating while we’re beyond the 45-minute mark for OUR pizza, that is unacceptable. Do not waste your money at this very poorly run, under-managed restaurant.
