The chicken was dry and hot and taste as if I made it at home. I'm never going back to KFC. nothing special about it.Just buy a box of Shake and Bake you can save hours of your life not waiting in a KFC line. More time with family and friends
Slow service. The lady working the drive thru was great, and apologized for our over 20 minute wait at the drive in line, she even seemed to care. If the wait wasn't bad enough, the food was terrible. The chicken was greasy and tasteless, and extremely overpriced for what we got. Started to take it back, but we didn't have the time to waste there any longer. It was a mistake for us to go there, one that I'll never make again! Wish there were negative stars!!
The food is okay for KFC. I wish they had grilled chicken again and I generally like their fries but the other sides aren’t good .
There was a long wait and drive thru was loaded. This place also does Taco bell, and my burrito was extra small. Otherwise they would of gotten 4 stars. The employees were very lethargic.. Otherwise they would of gotten another star from me. The food was good, nothing weird, fresh.. probably because of the Rush.
Best location in Salisbury. The location keeps a line because of its freshness and flavor. Always friendly staff! Nowadays you can barely find anyone else who cares about the customer
Was not pleased at all with my order. Waited in line well over twenty minutes. Awful service, and not getting the order correct.
I just waited for 25 minutes to have my order take at the counter, I was only 2nd in line when I got there!!! And after being ignored at the counter for 20 minutes I asked how long my order would take when I finally was waited on, and was told it would be another 20 minutes!!!! Is this fast food??? The customer service was awful and when I asked for service the girl just walked by! I will never return. And it’s too bad because my terminally ill mother loves it. Too bad.
If I could give negative ⭐' s I would!! Worst customer service ever!! Slow and rude to customers, all the employees there act like that are on vacation or at some kind of club. Don't waste your time or money or even bother saying anything to management because they are just as rude!!
My order was wrong after the person in the drive through repeated my order back. When I told the person handing the food out that I ordered 2 boxes she said they were out of the " boxes" and everything was just in a bag. I was charged more than what the sign said significantly and when I called to talk to a manager I was told they were to busy I explained what happened and was hung up on. I tried to call back and the phone off the hook.
Service is slower than a fast food service should be. Took 12 minutes just to get 2 3pc chicken tender meals.
