Yesterday I Waited 15mins at my table and nobody came to serve me and my family they weren’t busy and gave service to people that came in after usToday I spoke to a manager over the phone and the manager offered me and my family a free meal as a complementary so we tried it again and this time I was pleased with the presentation of the food the taste of the food and how excellent are server was who's name is Aiden
My first time coming here was a great experience. Amazing. My family and I were celebrating my grandmother's 85th birthday. We originally had the smaller private room but more people came than anticipated. We asked if there was anything that could be done and the restaurant accommodated us generously. We had seating for everyone and service was top notch. We got our food surprisingly quick and it tasted amazing!! I can't wait to come back regularly to support. Thank you all so much again for a wonderful experience!!! ?
Okay place. A bit pricey for the equivalent of a Bob Evans. My friend and I had the fried chicken. We were supposed to have a thigh and a leg. We got a small wing and a tiny thigh. Very dry. They said they have no legs.The fries were good but not hot. You get two sides with the meal but be ware... You must choose from the sides that they approve. The other sides are an upcharge. Not clear on the menu. Desert we had dried out bread pudding. Go somewhere else. For the price it is not worth it. Wait staff was nice.
I cannot believe how amazing this restaurant is. Absolutely amazing food. The crab cakes are hands down the best. And the crab soup has real lumps of crab meat . Thisplace is so nice and clean and the way the tables are separated and set in quante quiet areas of their own area. The owner is so kind. And great family meeting place too.
First time at the establishment got the grilled pork chops. The portion is big enough to feed 2 which is great. 10.99 is not bad for a dinner. Comes with bread and dessert. Very good meal waitress was great. Will be coming back in the future.
Crab cakes were real dry and unusual seasoning. Not eastern shore seasoning. Lots of binder, okay not called filler? Been here 51+ years and never tasted crab cakes like these, especially that dry? Only ate 50-60% of one. All the sides and my wife's fried chicken were excellent. I waited for all guests to leave before spoke to manager and he wanted me to pay half of market price ($45). I paid to try to b fair but will never return. I am known as a connoisseur of local foods by friends and family. Wishes I had taken a picture. $22.50 for two sides and maybe 60% of a super dry cake. Next time I go to A Salt Shack or Market Street.
I went here the other day and I should have posted this sooner, but the crab cakes were so good and my server Danny was such a sweetheart even the busboy Tyrese was smiling and happy. This is all anyone wants in a restaurant and this place haves it all.I highly recommend visiting if you are in the area
We were their tonight for a birthday party for my sister. OUR first time, and it was amazing. Food and wait staff awesome. Ty seated us to our table and was very personable. I will b going back and ask for him. He was amazing. All of the people their were very nice. It was a party of 13, and the food came out very quickly and delicious
Danny gave us very good service. Clean, and attractive decor. The chicken smelled so good I had to order it! I was glad I did. My Mom had the loaded potato and it was very filling and delicious meal. We will be back!
First experience at Jo Jo's was good! We went for my mother's birthday , making a reservation on the website was quick and easy. I love the atmosphere and how they have separate suites for families it really makes the restaurant stand out you don't find that at other restaurants. The portions for the price were good! Everyone in the party liked their food, minus some minor issues. All of our entrées included bread and dessert which was a great deal for the price. Also the service was great, our waiter was very attentive and kind. I would definitely visit again!
