First time patronizing this establishment and I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Wrap.When it arrived at my table, it was an inedible, sloppy mess. I took it to the counter and the manager was very understanding. It was remade, and again when it arrived at my table, it was the same sloppy mess.In fairness, it tasted fine, but its execution and visual presentation was a disaster.
I had went in jersey mikes to order a sub. Not only did I get an attitude with my sub,but also when I got home,my order was completely wrong. The meat was wrong and they had forgot the veggies. I contacted corporate and they never responded to my message. Its a shame. It Seems no one can do their job right anymore. Everyday,life seems to be more like the movie idiocracy.
I hope you are hungry or want leftovers. The subs are stacked! One of the best sub shops around.

I normally get pretty good food from here and tonight was kinda busy but this cheesesteak is absolutely horrible. Messy, peppers aren’t cooked, the meat tastes weird. I took a few bites but I’m probably gonna end up giving this to my dog.
I've always loved jersey mikes subs. But today when I went to buy my sub one of the workers was on her cell phone while wearing the gloves she uses to prepare food. I cant think of something more unsanitary, especially with the current pandemic. Huge health hazards violation.
