My experience here was subpar. The waitress was nice, but would forget requests. I ordered the pepper jack patty melt and it had more jalapeños on it than anything. The beef patty was way smaller than the bread, just felt like I was eating jalapeños and cheese. Unsure if it was a super busy morning and everyone was frazzled, but everything felt unorganized and all over the place. We got our food, but no utensils, we had to request condiments for the table.
It works? The place was filthy and they seem to have removed some of my favorites like the stuffed french toast, and the food is pretty average but it doesn't taste bad at all. Service wasn't rude at all, though the waiter forgot I asked for ketchup and syrup (but did ask me if I wanted any afterwards so no harm done). Just eh. Definently a bit dissapointed, this was a franchise I used to work for and had some pride in. Don't fret if you come here, but don't expect the most delicious stuff ever. If you want pancakes in Salisbury that taste better and are cheaper, go to Sage Diner.
My sister and I had IHOP to go today on 4/13/22 and they gave us basically a kit for her to make her own crepes. Nothing was put together and she received 2 plain crepes with small portions of each thing in tiny containers to put it together herself. We also ordered what was supposed to be an omelet that was supposed to be egg and cheese. Someone decided in that kitchen to make a PLAIN scrambled egg and layer bacon and COLD cheese in it like a burrito. It was all nasty and dry. Management needs to get on the kitchen crew about consistency at least. No more going out there again, sorry.
My group enjoyed our meals. The staff exceeded our expectations. My only issue was the hash browns could have been a little less greasy.
Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. I had a party of 8 and I had to keep getting up to ask for things the waitress barely came around. Some of the orders were left out I had to go ask for food and drinks that we did not receive. The food was horrible. I will say this the hostess for the front door did step in to help and get missing orders she was very pleasant and appreciated. Last but not least I was overcharged and had to wait for a new receipt which still ended up being wrong so I just said forget it and subtracted it from the tip which I should not have even left. Sad but true.
I usually never have a issue with them. However, despite thier dine in service. Thier delivery (powerd by door dash) has been rather pitiful. One time I orderd the cowboy burger and got someone's else's order. I was refunded for the burger. Last time, I ordered the same burger. It was correct but the onion rings on the burger were a bit burnt. No BBQ sauce and was a complete greasey mess.
Sausage was greasy and spongy. Bacon was burnt on breakfast plates.Bacon burger came out bacon less.Food was a nah. Alot of issues, the ones above were just a few.
Worst ever food burnt and is disgusting and with the price so not worth it will not recommend ordered crispy potatoes and got burnt hash browns
Good food let me tell ya. Breakfast food place diner with good breakfast. Didn’t get any this time. In past I’ve gotten pancakes. I’ve had pancake specials with all of these different flavors and sauces and toppings and fruit. Yummy stuff really. This time I didn’t though. This time my girl and I got some lunch food from the lunch section of the menu. It was lunchtime. We had just done some shopping and wanted lunch, not breakfast. I know you’re probably reading this thinking “you went to IHOP for LUNCH? Not breakfast? You know they are international house of PANCAKES? Not international house of LUNCH? L. O. L.” Sorry, sorry I didn’t got to a traditional lunch place. I got BURGER and burger good! And some appytizers! Yum!
I normally don't complain about messups, specially since it's delivery, but If you want the correct order then I would just go somewhere else. This is the 4th time from ordering delivery here and got the wrong order. Don't get me wrong, the food is okay but for the mess/mix ups.. wouldn't recommend delivery. Sorry, but I'm disappointed..
