Edited :It's hard now days to find great customer service and excellent food quality, however this place has both. I'm not sure the young woman's name that works the front counter but whenever you come there she is so warm and welcoming her customer service is top notch and I thought she was a manager and apparently she's not so if the owner is reading this you may want to consider making her a manager because she's an asset to your business I'm blown away by her customer service I have done management for 20 some years now and hers and some of the most excellent customer service I have seen.I am editing this review because of the poor food quality I am starting to experience here. I go to the place two to three times a week have even referred people here. Last night I ordered the honey old bay chicken wings, the last two times I got the wings it was great, pricey but great $15 for 12 wings, however last night the wings were over cooked, dried out, and to cover it up they poured a ton of honey and old bay on the wings. It was so much it was inedible between the dryness and all that honey and old bay. I threw the wings in the garage m I wasn't going to say anything but after spending $15 I said I would go ahead and say something. They were closed when I tried to call back last night so I called a few minutes ago and was told to bring back at least 75% of the wings and I am working, no apology, nothing, and I am a regular, regular customer and that how I was treated m I told the employee she could tell him that I was a former regular customer and would no longer be patronage his place m I found out that Trax deli in fruitland has the same products basically the same menu. So I will be going there's the owner really needs to do better poor food quality is going to ruin your business along with not being opened the hours listed due to all kinds of personal reasons with some of the staff. Smh

I just had the steak fry bowl, and as expected, it was delicious! I have discovered this place because of a friend's recommendation and thank him wholeheartedly. Every thing I have ordered over the past few weeks has been great.

The only thing worse than getting bad food is getting no food. I had a good cheesesteak from there. The next two times I went back they were closed with a paper sign and the last time they were finally open and I was told no cheesesteak reg or chicken. I left angry and disappointed. I ended up at taco bell, which I don't care for. That was strike 3 for me. I WONT be going back.
I just can't with this place anymore! I really like their food. However, I can rarely get through on the phone and the wait is toooooo long!! Was really hoping after they shut down and reopened things would change! Sorry guys but its just not worth the trouble anymore:/

I don't know how these guys stay in business. Their food isn't bad but it's always something. Past three visits... 1. "We're out of bread" 2. "Credit card machine's broken" 3. "We're not making cheesesteaks right now"...seriously? How can a sub shop be out of bread? You have a cheesesteak special on your daily specials board....but you're not making cheesesteaks??Another example of the nose-dive customer service has taken.
