The worst place to eat besides that the food is very tasteless and very expensive, service is friendly but that does not mean that, it is a cheap copy of Mexican food, only people who like boxed food are the ones who like this type of food. This is not Mexican food, is more like the food you buy from Walmart freezer. If you compare this to a Mexican food you don’t have a clue what is Mexican food.I don’t recommend them for anything in the world.
Excellent quick service!! Highly recommend!! Waitress Lilly was the best!! Very attentive and helpful picking our meal!! Awesome place!!
Great food and a very friendly staff. Great margaritas and they give back to their local community. Can't say enough good things about Guidos Burritos. Highly recommend!
Unfortunately the service has changed so much. We visited Guidos every time we come to OC and never had a bad experience until last weekend. The quality of service and food has decreased so much it’s disappointing. We had a group of 23 but I came late at 7:20 and was told I couldn’t be seated because they stop seating people at 7:30. Normally I would understand this, but my daughter was inside sitting with the rest of the group of 23 and I wasn’t allowed to order food for me or my two other young children. Needless to say I felt very angry and embarrassed. The hostess said I couldn’t sit with them because they had already ordered and started eating hmmm ? totally not true because I went in and the group was waiting for appetizers to come out and my daughter’s order wasn’t even taken. This is a Mexican place that now doesn’t even have fajitas in the menu, and the food they do have most of it was cold and some undercooked. I guess I dodged a bullet by ordering pizza instead all by myself. It’s a shame because we really loved this place. I guess they are doing so well and making bank to turn people away. It’s a shame.
Food was ok, pretty tasty, but very greasy. Service was slow. We ordered drinks and entrees. When food was served we ordered more drinks. They never came until we were finished. No drink what so ever during the meal. I doubt we will be back
Would be 4 or even 5 stars, but for Mexican food, this place is REALLY expensive. The food is really good, and really well seasoned, just a bit overpriced.
Last night was the first time we had tried Guido's. We loved the atmosphere and our server was so good! She she train other servers in the restaurant industry. Yep..that good. Our child with high functioning autism was not as comfortable trying something new and she made it so much better for him. She could tell that he was really hungry and brought him out chips immediately. For a kid that doesn't like to try new things.. he wolfed those down like he's never eaten before. ? All of our food was delicious. Warning though.. the portions are huge! Expect leftovers. The only negative was the parking lot is really tiny. No biggie.
Beautiful! Great food. Great portions. Nice people.
The food was delightful and the service was good. I would have liked a little more steak in the burrito. But the flavors were on point.
Never had hard nachos as these. They had to been old. Order wasn’t correct. All meat was dried out, chewy and OLD. All for $43. Not worth it.
