Had crab cake and NY strip steak, roasted potatoes, salad and bread sticks. Our Server was very knowledgeable and attentive. Brought home a price of Smith island banana ? cake. I have not tried yet but I intend to very soon.
My fiance and I came in this afternoon for lunch. We ordered drinks and put our food in right away. We were sitting there for about 15 minutes and then another couple came in and they were served their breadstick and salads before we were. I had to bring it too the attention to one of the employees. I'm very disappointed in this restaurant and how they run things. I'm a patron and willing to spend my money at your restaurant and so I should have the dignity of feeling important and my money is valid and I should not have to remind you that I'm sitting over here still waiting extended time then others that came after me.. I definitely will not be back. Very poor service.
My family and I were in there tonight Around 7PM Bree was our server. The food was delicious and atmosphere was pleasing! Bree was AMAZING! She was so happy to serve our table and interacted with my family so well! Bree is an awesome person even if it was a brief encounter she has such a warm personality and very upbeat! I hope Bree sees this because my daughter really loved having her as a server and we enjoyed having her as well! Keep being awesome Bree!!! We will definitely be back next time to see Bree!
Good Italian spot! First the bad. The bread sticks were dry and lacking flavor. The salad could have been made with more local and flavorful vegetables but it was good just not great.The tortellini was amazing. Full of robust flavor and was extremely enjoyable. I will absolutely be back to try more food.The price is on the higher end

Mel is PHENOMENAL!!!! Food is great, asked her for best recommendations and she gave me a few options and what I ordered was outstanding!!! AND get the calamari!!
Unless you've never had real authentic Italian and don't know what it tastes like then you'll love this place. Sadly for those of us that have it this place misses the mark and its expensive. One step above Olive Garden. Unless you are a local that hasn't been anywhere with good Italian or have sentimental ties, keep looking.
We planned a birthday dinner at Fratelli's after hearing many people say it was great. The restaurant building is older and a lot of services/people were crammed into the space. There's a constantly busy take out window in the entry area and many groups were waiting to be seated. We waited about 20 minutes and were seated. The dining room is very crowded with tables really close together which is probably why our wait was not longer - but also made for a bit of a chaotic experience. The bar area was also packed from what we could see. The servers were efficient but rushed. Our food was great - Large salad with chicken and a pasta entree. We both enjoyed the salad and warm bread before our entrees. We asked about wine and our server was not forthcoming but suggested one red wine so we ordered it. We thought we had ordered a bottle but the server brought one glass of wine about 15 minutes after we received our meals. She never checked back so we shared the glass of wine. One disappointment was the kid's meal of mac and cheese - it was obviously boxed mac and cheese. I wish I'd asked more questions because it seemed silly to order something at a nice restaurant that we could make at home. I do understand that some kids will only eat the boxed kind so I don't blame the restaurant but if we'd had more opportunity to talk with the server we might have avoided that mistake.
God forbid you order something you don’t like from this place because the owner refuses to give a refund or replacement meal for food that only had one bite taken out of it. The server was very nice and apologetic about the situation. However, I do not recommend eating here based on the owner’s nasty attitude. May as well go to olive garden if you want fair treatment, where you’ll be compensated in case you aren’t enjoying your meal that YOU are paying for. Instead, here they want you to pay for the food you didn’t like AND order something else on top of it. Ridiculous.
I reserved a table via Google for Friday at 6:15 pm. Upon arrival the table was ready, cleaned, and dressed. The waitress had a lot of energy and was enthusiastic and very attentive. The mozzarella sticks and chicken parm were very good and served hot and in a timely manner. Portion size was generous. Based on this experience, I will be returning in the future.
