They are decent people that work here in my interactions with them.It's hamburgers and they do a good job at them, as well as the Cajun fries.I have no idea how their regular ones taste because I only get Cajun.It's years now I've been going there once in a while.
First time eating at Five Guys. Well lets start with the positive. The restaurant and bathrooms are clean !!! I ordered a "Bacon" double cheese burger. The restaurant had plenty of staff and I was the only customer at the time. The order was prepared in a timely manner. I was very hungry because I skipped breakfast and was looking forward to what I've been told the most amazing burger around . My excitement quickly diminished after the sandwich fell apart after the second bite and had " NO BACON." I was offered bacon on the side which I accepted but after paying 12.00 for this burger , I just as well had went to Wawa or Royal farms and got one for half the price. I just couldn't put my finger on why some say Five Guys makes the best burgers.
I've been in there twice so far and it's been okay. Everyone behind the counter always seems like they're so stressed and rushed but there's no one in the place. Maybe they get a lot of phoned in orders?But the fries are the reason why I go. It beats driving all the way to OC for Thrasher's.Careful with the front door when you enter though. If you let go of it so that it can close behind you on its own it will do it but it will be LOUD.
Great Burgers. The best fries you can find unless you go to the OC Boardwalk.
The cheeseburger was OK,i like the French fries?. but costumer service is not that good,Every restaurant is different,,,,,,,, ,,, they maybe the same company,,,,, ,but is all depends on who's working,,,!!!
I visited this location for the first time. Everything was fresh and the store was clean. All of the staff were nice and acted like they enjoyed working there. My food was delicious and the burger was delicious. The fries were hot.
My go-to spot for burgers and fries. Staff are friendly and professional, service is quick and my orders are always correct and tasty.

5 Guys has an amazing burger, fries and hotdog. My wife and I eat here several times a month. I'll tell you something else, they never jack up the order and that's huge!!(knock on wood)
Foods great. I would go more if it wasn't so expensive.
