They mess up a lot. Even when you're standing right there.In 3 weeks my order was a medium cold brew with sweet cream foam, 3 mocha pumps and 3 half and half.1st: no half and half nor mocha2nd: wrong foam3rd: milk, not half and half and no mocha4th: wrong foam and no half and half5th: a mix of all the mistakes. Wrong size, not cold brew, no foam, wrong top, half mocha, cream? And no sugar.I keep getting illegally charged for things I request and don't receive. They get mad when they have to do it over.

The best frozen mocha coffee drink Eva! Very fast too! I went to order my ham egg and cheese croissant and they discontinued ham !

To the gentleman this morning who refused to serve me inside, despite being open, my coffe at Wawa this AM was great !!!.

I really don't know why I go here in the morning vs going to the location in Berlin. Most mornings I stop by Dunkin. Whenever this one lady is working the drive thru she will never let you finish speaking your order before cutting you off. When you get to the speaker there is no Good Morning how can I help you it's always "Place your order and is it orrrrr?!" or she will assume you're done and just tell you to pull forward. There is a way to speak to people and I would think working with the general public she would have more manners.

Good donuts but hit or miss on the coffee. Half of the time it's not made correctly. If I pay for extra caramel thats what im suppose to get.

I love the the Tilghman Road employees and the coffee at Dunkin. It's also great to be a member of the Dunkin Rewards Program.

They always get my order right. The downside is that they are slow.

OK so I’m not sure what the issue is on the iced coffee here but every single time I come and get an iced coffee it taste like water I don’t know if the employees are skipping on the coffee or if they think like it’s coming out of their check which to ensure them that it is not so don’t skimp on the coffee

Had a huge attitude about getting our drinks wrong and I had to wait 10 minutes for the employees to even come up to me.
