When I go to Dunkin in the morning, I either go to this store or Cambridge. I always order ahead on the app, and my order is always ready and perfect. Wish you could tip on the app but that is not by any fault of the staff here.Lots of negative reviews here for issues beyond the staff’s control, but remember you never know what someone else is going through, and it’s always right to be kind even if it’s not reciprocated.
It's not that they were slow I didn't get Carmel in my Carmel ice coffee last night ugh
If only I could give 0 stars. There is so much wrong about the way that the employees treat their customers at this location I don't know where to begin. The girl with her head half shaved (Alana I think) is unhelpful, unfriendly, won't give receipts, she 100% ignored me when spoke to her. Her & the younger guy with dark hair that won't give his name consistently make me feel like I am a major inconvenience. My own fault for going back - I will never make that mistake againI think they intentionally don't give receipts as to avoid bad surveys because they never give me them, even when I ask. They ought to be trained on the importance of treating customers with basic human decency otherwise they're going to run themselves out of busines
The reasons I left Starbucks was for their consistently condescending attitudes toward customers & I am starting to experience this same condesention here at this DD - yikesUpdate - I made the mistake of visiting again. The employees at this location seem to not only hate their job but the customer. They served me cold food. I asked that they make it it’s normal temp. They remade it & it was SO hot it was hard as a rock & burnt my finger. I have to wonder if they did this out of spite. I asked for a manager - they refused, I asked them make it normally - they refused, I asked for their names - they refused. I was lucky I asked for my receipt because normally they won’t give you one. If you don’t mind waking up & being treated like trash this is the place for you
I’m experience at this dunkin is always good but tonight is was not. At 7:45 pm on Friday Jan 14 a worker was very rude and had an attitude. She was rushing us while ordering and she was very blunt and rude while getting our drinks and donuts. I think it was just because she was by herself or it was kinda late but still she should have good customer service anyway. But beside that, this dunkin never misses.
The veggie egg wake up wrap is so good. Try it yall. But they no longer have Chai tea. Which is one reason I was going there. So they lost a star for that.
Coffee is always good at this location, the staff is awesome and very friendly

4 drinks, 50-ct and 25-ct munchkins w/no jellies. Order was wrong (2 drinks), again. They fixed it immediately when brought to their attention. This is become a bad habit at this location.
I love my Dunkin’ on Nanticoke road. Only one I go to! They know just how I like my iced coffee!
