This what I remember Dunkin' being...Dunkin' DONUTS, a donut shop. It's been a very long time since I've been to a Dunkin' that was still a donut shop and I didn't know that still existed. It's proof that it is possible to "modernize" a Dunkin' but still be a Dunkin'. There are electronic menu screens, you can use the app, the furniture is the the current aesthetic, they have wifi, they have all of the new non-donut menu offerings...and yet they have more than the same-old-same-old 8 kinds of donuts and more than 4 kinds of donut holes. Plus, the non-donut bakery sweets on top of that. I am thankful that this is actually possible, for Dunkin' to be all of the things, new and original. Good people, good food, good coffee. You can't find either of the two donuts in the picture (a Bismark and a cornbread donut) in most Dunkin' now. And that lack of basic creativity is missing in most other locations across the U.S. now. So thank you to this Dunkin' for being the absolute best there is and on my way to my new job in my new state!
Sandwich put together sloppy, not as good as when first opened . It seems the longer some fast food or restaurants are in business the more sloppy they get .
Extremely disappointed this morning. Specially as a customer that comes religiously every day except the weekends. I feel I was treated very badly. A gentleman at the window was superb. very nice very courteous. I handed him $100 bill. He still was courteous and told me I’m sorry I can’t take that. I asked him to speak to the manager because I didn’t have anything else buy a one dollar bill. The manager came and said it is against our policy to take $100 bill I looked kindly at him and said if you’re serious it’s American money.I’m sorry but today’s the only day I don’t have my wallet with me that has my credit cards in it. And this is all I have other than a Dollar. I ordered a large coffee and six donuts it just so happens to be Valentine’s Day and I wanted everybody to have a donut at the office. So I begged him to please take the hundred dollar bill. Or take the dollar and I will pay him the rest tomorrow when I come again.My coffee sitting there he says I can’t do it. So that means I would’ve gone in the garbage anyway. Still being nice I said please can you just help me out this one time you have no idea how much I appreciate it. He took the The hundred dollar bill came back with change. I said thank you so much you have no idea how much I appreciate this. He looked me straight in the face and said I have a hard time believing that don’t ever come in here with $100 bill again. I was floored. That a manager could be that nasty. Specially after giving in and it’s over. To end that way was kind of personal to be honest with you. What a nasty way to send someone on their way with your order after accommodating them. I would really love to know how this guy made manager.
Dunkin donuts across from the sage diner was a all American store or so I believed. Where people would take pride in there work and take care of there customers. Just to have a job you would think people would take there job a little more serious or atleast do your job rite. I work hard for my money and I do not know how some have a job at all my coffee was wrong again and they treated me like I did something wrong.and they were disrespectful the whole time.i have a lot of coworkers and friends that go there and it's hit or miss for them to.its really sad the lack of leadership,no morals, and values have left the building
Very disappointed in this mornings visit to Dunkin! Generally this place is busy and their workers are on point. But not today. I pull up, only 1 car in the drive thru. Place my order... med iced coffee cream only and a sausage and cheese croissant no egg please.I get my order and head home to enjoy my breakfast only to discover my coffee is beyond sweet. Get back in my car, go inside to get it replace, only to be ignored by the girl too busy to acknowledge I was waiting.I finally get my coffee replace and return home again only to discover I should have checked my sandwich too. That was also not correct. Get it together dunkin!
This Dunkin donut service is bad. The employees are rude.
I got a caramel macchiato and it was pretty much all milk.
I decided to go inside because there was a huge line outside. Three people waiting to order inside. Saw nearly 15 to 20 orders get taken and made for the drive through before I even got to order. Wish I was joking.Will never go inside as they are clearly not taking both sets of customers with equal importance.
Always mess up my order. Terrible
Good coffee. Sometimes the donut selection is a little skimpy.
