pizza is normally really good however last two online orders we didn't never came and still chasing my money back
Wonderful place bought two large pizzas and it was out in no time flat while my car was getting service and they let me eat while sitting on the little red bench
I usually have a good experience with Dominos. But when I used my debit card, the Young Man said that the card machines were out of order! I had to give him my card so he could enter manually. When he asked for my 4 digits of my password, I was very reluctant! I asked him if there was any different way, he just looked at me!!! I trusted Dominos and gave it to him! We order from this location at least 2-4x a month or more and the mistakes are becoming more and more frequent. Tonight my pasta arrived, Italian sausage marinara, with 1/3 of the amount of sauce, NO cheese, and most the noodles were hard and burnt. The girl on the phone was rude and kept me on hold forever. Blamed the food on “being really busy”. Idc how busy you are, the person that pulled this out of the oven should’ve known better than to send it out. I worked at dominos for 4+ years so I also know that she was wrong to tell me that my remake would take 1.5 hours to get made. You remake the mistake, right then, put it directly in the oven (7-7.5mins) and send it out with the FIRST available driver. No matter how busy your are. That’s called good customer service. Why do I have to wait and pay for YOUR MISTAKE? I am 7 mos pregnant and got NO dinner tonight. We always tip well (minimum $5/order or 20%) and we are regular patrons. Do better. I love Domino's, prefer it actually. This location (I'm sure most of them do) has a hard time keeping good employees. Last visit, there were plenty of staff but it seemed certain employees we doing most of work while others lollygagged. There may have been some training going on, but one girl was scrolling social media. In the past, we've had several issues with order being incorrect. One gentleman (African American guy), seems to have been working there a long while and handles most everything himself. He's great and deserves more!
I loved them they never took too long or messed up stuff… last time though which wasn’t even a month ago they took over 2 hours to even leave the store, the sandwich was burnt and unedible (look at the picture I added she cut it in half since she knew she’d not eat it all) as well as the cinnamon knots were barely even coated in anything they were basically dry and flavorless (I don’t have a picture of the poor knots) everything was basically cold… we called and the manager gave 20% off but that’s not exactly going to make up for my family meal and my mom couldn’t eat her sandwich… I told her she could contact higher since it was her money and all but she decided to go with management and I’m disappointed in both the food/care and the poor management as far as quality control and making sure stuff actually leaves the place in a timely manner not 2 hours later… I’m not even sure we’ll be giving them another chance. Short staffed or not someone saw it was burnt and the cinnamon knows were not done right and still gave it the ok. Training is something that may need to be taught again if someone sends stuff like that out.

Today oct.29 at 3:40 pm .1 of the girls in the back , on her dirty phone and started making pizza without washing her hands , WOW ! This will be the last time I go there. This is 1 off many reasons why diseasees are in the food industry , dirty females . The prep girl .
Pan pizza w/steak & pepperoni. Steak so thin most was burned and inedible. Brighter side, staff very polite and friendly. One star food...two stars staff.
Don’t go when the little kids are there evening time. I called three times got put on hold twice and hung up and then she let the phone ring (the light skinned girl with red boxed braids) (my bf had went back to the store when I was calling) the boys were also snickering and laughing at the situation. I was there today oct 9 at 6pm so whoever worked that day they all need new training on how to cut/cook a pizza and Customer service. I hope management sees this because I would LOVE to tell them the entire situation. Just know y’all lucky I have a child cause if not I would’ve went to jail.
