Horrible customer service and they have messed up 2 orders this week and can't even offer an apology. Don't waste your money here.
I ordered barbecue wings with 3 sauces (1 ranch, 1 bbq, and 1 hot.) What I received were wings that were only half coated with bbq sauce and 3 sauces (2 ranch and 1 hot.) Since the wings were only half coated I was disappointed the bbq sauce I ordered was not included. I also think the breading was too thick.If you are a wing connoisseur, Dominos is not your go to place.
I have no idea which crew member prepared my order today but they did an AMAZING JOB. If i could get their name i would request them to make my pizza every single time because consistency matters and u can lose a customer if you aren’t consistent in quality. I had a pan pizza with bacon extra cheese Asiago cheese and spinach and it was mouthwatering and delicious. And I’m being specific because i want them to know. YOU, whoever YOU ARE, you are amazing. I specifically ordered from this location down south Salisbury because the one up north Salisbury has disappointed me SEVERAL times. And i told myself before i give up on dominos, let me try south Salisbury Blvd and man I’m just honestly happy for dominos- for redeeming a customer today.

Tonight I was very disappointed. My cousin ordered a pizza for her 3 year old son they had been waiting two hours before they actually got it. We called the store countless times they kept putting me on hold. All we wanted was a refund instead they told me that the manager said that I would have to wait because they did not have time to talk to me. I think that was very unprofessional on the managers side. I then drove to the store instead of them giving me the pizza they told me they would cancel it and refund my cousin her money. But they didn’t they literally had the pizza right there while I was there and delivered it. They could have given it to me I was under the impression that they had canceled it so I went got her son another pizza at another establishment as I was on my way taking it to them they were delivering it. I will never order from them again. The manager didn’t even try to call he wouldnt even come out and talk to me so rude????????????????????
I ordered a dominos and I only received half of my order. When I tryed to finagle my money back the manager he told me to “get my money up” and to stop “being poor” wow south the side dominos, you mess with one of your most valuable customer and I do not forget . -Leonardo

I ordered on the app for carryout, and went in early to wait. They didn't call me when it was ready. I didn't want to say anything because I didn't know how accurate the app was when it told me it was ready, so it was kinda awkward.
I hadn't been in here in a while, but everyone seemed very helpful and eager to make sure each customer was greeted and helped. Didn't take a long time for my order to be ready and it was hot, fresh and good!
