Employee could change had a better personality for sales
8 of us in a van, did the drive-thru and their accuracy was 100%. Great job dairy queen! That's not easy to do with so many custom orders. Hat's off to you guys! If only other fast food places could be that accurate!
Went there to get a great Dilly Bar, and ended up with a new item that tasted so awesome, going back to get more, lol the girl that waited on me had the most amazing attitude, and I told the manager about her.
The food and service was good. There was a customer with his laptop up loud and he wasn't using headphones. The noise level took away from the dining experience.
After waiting in line for 30 minutes with only one other car in line we finally got our ice cream which was completely melted and had to just throw it out.
Food & service very good but dine in area temperature was very cold need to get heat checked
Good service and good food. Prices have gone up but it's not their fault, just part of the economy.
Great food. And who doesn't like ice cream.....they have a drive through!

Went there with my husband to get a buy one get one free for my birthday and was informed at the window that the scanner wasn't working for the coupons. They charged me full price when I had the coupon right there on my phone and it wasn't my fault their scanner wasn't working. I'm sure they could have just taken the discount off on the computer. Quite disappointed.
