Surprised at the quality of the food, especially the burger. And I didn't get the big one. The quantity of food was great, I like the way they have the multiple side options. Service was great,, also.Shoot, forgot, a freaking good corn dog, now that's different.Considered moving.....
Always pretty great no matter how busy. Don't expect miracles, but it's a good value, fun for kids, and different than your average fast food.
So today I decided to surprise my husband with lunch from the cookout being as tho he spoke about it earlier in the week...why these people make a big deal because I asked them if bacon came on the burgers and if so please remove them (mind you I didn't know)..for 2burger trays 19.00 they didn't even give me everything that went with my meal and mind you like 4onion rings and like 3 or 4 hush puppies smh I a so disappointed and customer service wasn't good either?.DO BETTER THEY CANT HAVE MY COUNS ANYMORE.
Cook out burger was good. Chili has to be from a bag. Fries were really good.
Dear God do not come to this location. It was our first time at Cook out on our daughter’s recommendation and it was horrible. From the woman at the window yelling at my husband that he didn’t order right to the stares out the door as we ate our cold old food in the car! I did call the corporate office and they were very helpful. Just stay away from this one!!!!
Employees are extremely rude, no patients with the customers. No one there looks happy and they treat the customer like they should be thankful that they waited on them. Poor, poor, extremely poor customer service. The shake was too thick to get through the straw took at least and he to be able to get in through the straw. The tea was watered down severely. However the worse thing was the awful, poor customer service from those rude employees. If you want poor customer service and to deal with rude employees then this is the place to go. If not I suggest you choose somewhere like chick filet or Denny's where the customer service and food quality is way better. The mgr really needs to work on their employees attitudes. Your luck the foods cheap because if not you be out of business based on those horrible employees....
Why do they put the people with the attitudes on the window? Just ordered the female cashier was very rude! Even got nasty with me cause i didn’t say tray.. T crazy thing is she forgot to give me sauce and a straw for my drink i guess you suppose to ask for that too…. Bad experience i won’t be coming back here
What can i said... its cookout, great food for a great price. The staff always has a smile ready to help you with anything that you need.
Went thru the drive through and the person taking our order was rude and ignorant. That person actually turned out to be the manager. Get to the window and the person handing us the food kept closing the window while I was trying to ask for side items (ie bbq sauce , mustard, napkins, etc). Burgers were sloppily made and missing toppings. The entire experience was off putting and reminded me why I don't go there. This type of experience happens quite often at this location and it's ridiculous.
Great food, onion rings are the best. The drive through moved fast
