Absolutely horrible icing job for my daughter‘s 16th birthday cake!
Stood there for 10 mins waiting to get served while there was 1 person ahead of us. Workers acted like they didn’t even wanna be there, stay home if you have this attitude. Will check in adventually when I have time but please do better cold stone, I love you yall’s ice cream but don’t wanna stand there for 10+ mins and not get served.
Went in with a family member got 2 “Gotta Have It” sized ice cream orders, with multiple mix-ins (.99 cents) each, and our total was well over $20 and all we had was a $50 they sent us to the Vitamin Shoppe next door and the manager was clearly frustrated apparently we were the 5th customers that day, we apologized and explained to the employees at Coldstone that our total is well over $20 and our change would only be about $23 bucks but they still refused to accept it and we had to leave. They need signage that indicates they can’t accept anything over a $20 regardless of total because they wasted a lot of product and time when the embarrassment and could have been solved by proper communication stating they only accept certain currency.

Service and product varies greatly depending on who is working, completely lacking in consistency. As seen in the picture- both were the largest “gotta have it size” that cost the same, but obviously made very different.
Cold stone is a very nice place to get ice cream it is homemade ice cream the store employees are very pleasant and friendly
