Only problem we had was that we came in with 2 kids and asked for 2 wristbands with 2hrs each but an hr in one kid ran out of time and the other still had another hr why would anyone take 2 kids there and give them different lengths of time to play and when we brought it up they tried to tell us we had to pay for another hr rather than paying the difference (1hr=$24-2hr=34) give or take a few dollars it was there mistake i was fine with paying 10$ to fix the issue but not pay for a full hr when we asked for 2 not our fault they messed up. But in the end the manager came and fixed the issue and did not charge us. Only issue i really had was it shouldnt have taken almost 30min to get someone to correct the mistake and not charge the full amount in order to do so. Overall me and my son had alot of fun running around playing games together. "I remember the place being alot bigger than it is now"

Chuck E. Cheese has really lost it's magic since I was a kid. Everything is digital now and the magic of having a big bundle of tickets is gone. But my review is mostly going to focus on the overall experience. So we came here for my niece 7th birthday, we had her and 3 other children and were charged 211$. We only received 1 free medium pizza and 1 drink cup for 4 kids to share, no care for the adults. We had to pay an additional 50 for 3 large pizzas for the adults and kids to all get their fill, and 19$ for 6 small cups for the adults to drink, as drinks are not included in the party deal. The birthday star got a wrist band that expired half an hour earlier then the other 3 play cards, despite them all being activated at the same time and never paused. And the adults were not given cards to play. The prices here are very bad, even with covid inflation and all that. 16$ for a large pizza that isn't much bigger than a store bought red Baron, small cups are like 3 a piece, play cards are 16 for only 30 minutes, it's just not worth it.The employees were fine, but lacked enthusiasm, and rushed us at the 730 mark when our party ended, even though they were open until 10 and we still had 30 minutes of play time. The bathrooms were also not clean, I constantly saw staff cleaning the tables, seats, trash cans, but never touched the bathrooms.

I don't know if it's because I'm just old school but since when has chuck e cheeses just been nothing but arcade games.? Also very unwelcoming.

stop cheating the Kids with them Cheap Toys for all them tickets. Change make it worth while for them. have a double ticket day or something

The employees were great very helpful. The only thing I would say is I feel like there should be some better games little update and have better like specials and deals for just one child and a adult it's always combos and deals for four people

Have a party there at your own risk, if no place can give an amount that means they are getting over on you

My family n I had a Great time here. They have a new gaming package which is way more affordable. The food is actually good as well as fresh and prices are descent as well. Will Definitely return in the near future. Thank you all for making my daughter's 5th Birthday one to Remember!!!

We had an amazing birthday party for our four year old . Jazmin was our host and she made it an amazing experience!!!

Outdated games and overpriced food. I spent almost $150 on food for 3 kids and 2 adults. why should 2 pizza cost almost $70. I'm not impressed. This experience is one Will Not repeat.

Great place for entertainment for young and old..Great Kids parties!
