Location has gone downhill… they always seem to be “out of everything” with in two hours of closing. How convenient. More worried about online orders than customers in the store
They need to serve the costumers there first! I was in line for 20 mins behind 2 other ppl. While 4 workers are making online orders but 2 workers just standing there. I know they are told to do online orders first. You have paying customers looking at you in the face. I walked out. Will not be going back for a long long time. Terrible!!!
Food was ok. Worst service in a chipotle ever. Filthy tables
If I could go lower than 1 star I would. I have been waiting here now for over 1 hour waiting for my order. They keep saying they are waiting on chicken. Do not order online here!
The worst. Slow service. They don’t answer the phone. The chips are often stale. Guacamole is eh. I once had a whole chunk of avocado in my guac. They’re stingy with the servings. They could do a lot better with keeping the food counters clean. Do better chipotle!
Love the food but the workers need to understand you didn't make them come in don't like your job do better
If u r doing doordash/uber eats/grub-hub don’t accept any order from here,…..otherwise u will have to wait here for more than 20-25 mnts and still they will not even start working on ur order…..Very bad experience here not just few times but every time. Now i stop accepting order from here.
They don’t know what a scoop of guacamole is and only gave half a scoop. Charged me twice as much.
if i could give a zero i would. quite literally some of the nastiest, rudest group of employees i’ve ever seen in my life. no hello, no asking what i’d like, just dirty looks up and down. a complete joke of a staff. will never be coming back
Lazy employees. Btw , If you place a mobile order, add 30 minutes to your promised time .
