Tonight took my family to dinner for my daughters graduation the waiter we had at first was terrible the managers fixed it and gave us the waiter Michael and he was absolutely amazing very tentative the managers came and apologized to us and made sure everything was perfect for us. Absolutely love this restaurant and tonight made my day thank you for everything you guys do. And Michael is an absolute amazing waiter will be asking for him when we come visit again….
Restaurant was very dirty,table had food on it when we were sat, floor looked like it had not been swept in a while, floors were also sticky. Was served a drink with a insect in glass, food was ok was warm when served, waitress only came to table to take order and drop off check did not check on us while eating, ate meal with no refill. Would not recommend spending your money here
The husband and I had the $25 dinner for two ( chicken fajitas & cajun shrimp pasta )with fried pickles and cheesecake plus an extra street corn and everything was excellent! Great service too! ??
Manager was incredible. I was sitting there this man brought my food to the table, took my empty dishes, and I had no clue he was a manager yet. he was on the floor working just like his staff. I myself have served for over 9 years so to see that was well humbling. I then tried to tip him he apologized and said u can't take that I'm a manager but, u can give it to her... The girl was our server who was equally amazing. It was great to see some genuine people out her still trying make a difference in this world. We are you! I mean the team work was amazing guys ☺️
I was treated by some friends to Chili’s on national margarita day and I was pretty impressed there was initially a 30 minute wait but we were called in and sat right away when our table came up. The hostess even offered to wait for a better table for us if the one available was not accommodating. Upon seating there wasn’t that long of a wait for server she was very friendly and informed us That the bar was a little backed up and it would be a wait for a drinks which being made aware of we were fine with and they still came within a timely manner, our initial appetizers showed up almost immediately. My server was super kind and attentive as well as the other staff that we encounter during our time there based on this visit I would definitely go again and I would even recommend it when looking for a bite to eat with groups or for a date night.
Shout out to Mike our server.. He was super friendly professional and funny!! We will be back..
the servers/hosts are rude and don’t care to get any business. for someone who serves and knows i would always tip well to help someone else out and hear whispers of them not wanting to serve us is asinine. i will be rethinking coming to chilis again based off of the service of the staff.
I arrived on time for my curbside order the girl brought the wrong order to me twice. Then brought out the correct order missing my steak. I called and was hung up on 5 times when trying to get my issue resolved. One time I was told the manager would have to call me back later (when I was on the premises with an issue). I had to go in and then wait another 20 minutes to get my missing item while the rest of my order got cold and watered down (soft drinks). With the cold food, wasted gas, rude service, and hungry kids waiting at home my whole $66.91 should be refunded. 1 hour curbside pickup, ridiculous.
I ordered a large chili to go. What I received was a cup of old burnt hamburger with a few tortilla strips on top. Disappointment in a cup.
