Do yourself a favor and check your food before leaving the window. We sent $26 on food at 8:15 this evening and when we got home it was disgusting. The nuggets had obviously been reheated and were dry and hard. The waffle fries were hard as well. We love chick fil-A but if we ever try it again we will not leave the window until we verify the food is edible.
This location is going down hill. I stopped going as often as I used to. My order is constantly messed up. Today we ordered two meals one with a coke to drink and one with a sweet tea. We received two teas, both not sweet at all. Last time I was missing items in my breakfast order and they were unable to replace it because by the time I arrive home and noticed, breakfast had just ended... I called and they just apologized, but let me know breakfast was over for the day.. The workers seem overwhelmed and are rude to customers. The guy read my order back today at the window when I was about to pay and I noticed he did not mention an item we ordered so I mentioned that item and he was rude to let me know that it was on there but he didn't read it because of how it was on his screen? uh what? I was still very kind making sure I say please and thank you. He just shut the window in our face..
First time I had a bad experience with this location. Usually the staff here are very kind as is all locations. The drive through was pretty backed up as usual on a Saturday no big deal there. I get through that we get our meals out and my 2yr olds fries are not in the bag. I got back in and wait in the line. Once I was able to get up to the register I let them know there was a mistake, again no big deal however my son really wanted fries. The working handling me at the register was kind and courteous, she told me that she would take care of it. Apparently a drive through worker had quite the ego and said to the employee helping me. “There’s no way I missed, they need to buy another one” eventually she was able to get me fries. Unfortunately it was a half full. ??♂️
I absolutely love chick fila and this store in particular is very good. My only complaint, which I won't deduct a star for due to supply chain issues, is that they run out of Mac and cheese alot. Its my favorite item and sometimes they just don't have any.
If you've been to other Chickfila locations, be prepared to be disappointed with the service and the food at this one. I am a signature member at chickfila and I would gladly go anywhere else if there were an alternative choice in the mornings.
Order is constantly wrong at this location. Management hires own family members no matter how much of a creepy feeling they each give off. They never call your order via app for take out when your food is ready instead they make u stand there and watch management hit on female staff or wait and pick up cold food. This was once one of the great chick fil a locations but it is quickly going down hill unfortunately.
I love Chick-fil-A what an awesome establishment I can't say enough for Ms Angie and her team they take amazing care of you over there exceptional staff Liv on the afternoon shift and a whole host of outstanding people I'm there alot love me some Chick-fil-A ?!!!!
No matter which Chick-fil-A you vist. The food and service is always on point.Moreover, I really like the Drive-thru layout for their employees. There's an overhead that protect the employees from the outside elements such as rain and snow. They also have heaters and fans attached to the overhead.
Always a great experience. Place always seems to be busy but that does not translate into poor service do long wait times.
Helpful and polite staff, great food. Very quick service.
