Night shift staff need some serious training on communication and customer service. I drove up to the drive thru on June 8th after 10 pm and specifically ordered chili cheese fries and told them to please make my fries fresh. I had to come back because they had my order wrong and gave me the loaded fries with ranch and bacon which I didn’t want and plus my fries weren’t fresh like I asked. One guy told me if I want fresh fries, I need to go and park. Which was fine but I didn’t like his tone when he said that. I waited about ten minutes before they brought my food. I checked it before leaving and I was DISGUSTED with how they made my fries. Mind you, this was supposed to be Chili cheese fries and the whole thing smelt and looked burnt and I did not see any chili, it looked like burnt old grease they just scraped on the cheese. I don’t know what this was but it was not safe to eat! I’m highly disappointed and that guy better had canceled my transaction or I will be calling.
Food was good but my new rule is don't get fast food after 8pm.
I'm only giving 2 stars because the staff was cool about replacing my sandwich which was made wrong but other than that the food was over cooked my burger was extremely dry and my fish sandwich was also and over cooked and when I seemed like it may have been old
Employees are rude, and just wear any type of uniform. Poor customer service. Awful

I have lunched in Salisbury for fifty years. Few things have pleased me as consistently as the "double cheeseburger, plain, with bacon" from Checkers.
Absoulutely the WORST cheeseburger we’ve ever had! Paper thin burnt buger, cold cheese and stale buns! Good thing the fries were hot! Definitley will never go back!
