The staff are idiots, when told I’m allergic to tomatoes they still put tomatoes on my sandwiches and give me either: ketchup, bbq sauce, or zesty sauce for my food automatically (ALL OF WHICH CONTAIN TOMATOES TOO). They are quite possibly the dumbest staff known to Earth. I have had to return more sandwiches there than faulty items I’ve bought at Big Lots Stores…and that’s saying something which is why I stopped shopping at Big Lots Stores. I’ve returned almost everything I’ve ever bought at a Big Lots Stores. This has been since 2015 until 2022 so far that this fast food restaurant has been a mess and I’m not giving it any more chances.

They have locks on the bathrooms. You have to buy something to get the code to open the door.
Got our large order perfectly correct...good job!
Ridiculous!!! Sent my 12 year old in to use the bathroom and was told you had to make a purchase to do so. Won’t be back
Did not get what I ordered and paid for in drive thru. Tried to call listed number for refund no one answers
Worst experience ever with a fast food restaurant... they told me to pull around and wait for my order after 10 mins it never came. I went inside and they totally forgot about me and had a attitude when I asked about my food
I went to burger king drive up at 11:50 today. I ordered a JR WOPPER meal. I got home only to find a chicken sandwich. I was not happy. Drove back there to get my correct meal that I ordered. The girl at the drive window got cocky with me. Bad service!! I will never go back there. I have serve heart burn. Never again will I go to any burger king!!
Just not even 5 mins ago i ordered a number 9 the chicken was old as hell and the sandwich was sloppy I would not recommend this place to anyone they don't take pride in their customers or their food this place will never get my money ever again I only gave it 1 star because I couldnt give a zero or half a star option screw this place
I gave this Burger King another chance and it failed miserably the last three times I was here the food was awful and they never got my order right so I tried one more time and they still did not get my order right so I'm done I will never go back to this particular Burger King again
