Had an order delivered tonight. Although delivered on a timely basis, the food was unacceptable. I ordered the brisket tacos and had to throw out 30% of the meat, due to cartilage that could not be chewed. The second order was chicken fingers with waaaaay too much breading. I also had an order of mozzarella sticks that were acceptable, although over priced by 50%. The total for the Oder including delivery and tip was $56.00. Needless to say I will not order from here again.
Service was excellent! The only reason for the three stars is because I don't eat chicken and my family does. There were not a lot of options for me. And I thought $17 for a burger was a little on the expensive side. We will still continue to get wings in the future. ($5 nachos weren't bad though)
Street tacos were so good and my burger was delicious the brisket on top was a little hard and dry but the burger was juicy. Caesar salad was fresh and boneless wings were very good. Our server was the nicest lady and the food came out fast even though they were busy. Very impressed!
Very good selection of draft beer, domestic and local. Excellent customer service from the hosting to the wait staff. The food was top notch for a chain restaurant. Very impressed!
Slid in the other day and grabbed a burger and fries with my wife. We were greeted and seated immediately. Manager came over shortly after to introduce himself. The food was great! Hot and freshly made. Servers were on the move constantly but not too overbearing. Our server was the best! The manager actually brought us our food and asked if everything was good. Bathroom was clean. Although a chain, mgr and staff made it feel very personal and unlike other chains. Keep it up Victor!!
The first time I've eaten there, and boy was it good. I recommend everyone that loves chicken wings to go and you'll have a great time.
We came in for a late lunch/early dinner. They have remolded since we were last here and it really looks nice. Our waitress, Cassie, was very friendly and checked on us often. We both got the All American burger. It was huge and very delicious!! When we were checking out I had trouble with their app and she took the time to help me.
I have been attending this location in Salisbury Maryland for about a year now. I have always received outstanding services whether it be I’m dining inside and or ordering online. This evening that didn’t happen. It was thee most disrespectful and awful experience. I placed and online order, and when I arrived for pick up the order was the incomplete opposite of what I ordered. I then asked the cashier who wasn’t wearing a name tag on 12/302021 at 630pm, Who names was Mackenzie on the guest receipt. if she could double check the order. She indicated the order was correct. So I went to my vehicle to get my iPhone snd showed her what I ordered. She then still tried to dummy me down by stating in her words” we don’t read special instructions “. I couldn’t believe she said that. Besides that’s why those instructions are there for you to read . I asked for a manager. The manager came out after having to wait 7 minutes for him. He too had no name tag and said his name was Ryan. He was very nasty and demeaning and did nothing to help me. I asked for a refund he told me I can’t get any proof but his word that I will have my $21.49 returned back to me. I asked him repeatedly for a receipt that indicates a refund has been generated he refused. I then began recording him because I couldn’t believe I was being treated this way. I have been coming to this place now throughout the year my total bill has totaled about $600 within one year. This is disappointing and disheartening. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I would like for the owner or general manager to reach out to me in regards to this matter. It’s unacceptablep.
The food is great. The staff are very friendly.
