Went through the drive thru at 5:06pm today. The person taking the order was pleasant and the girl at the window was pleasant BUT THAT DOES NOT MAKE UP FOR THE AWFUL FOOD THAT CAME OUT OFTHAT RESTAURANT. THE ROAST BEEF SANDWICH WAS SO COLD THE BUN WAS EVEN COLD. THE CHICKEN CHEDDAR SANDWICH WAS WORSE, TWO CHICKEN TENDERS WERE HARD, BURNT AND COLD, THE CHEESE WAS NOT MELTED AND CRUSTY LOOKING. I HAVE GIVEN THESE STORES A LOT OF CHANCES BUT THE FOOD IS THE WORST, This last trip made me post this review, such a waste of money because Arbys used to be one of the best fast food chains in town.
everyone here is super nice and they are usually pretty quick . Lately though I will say my fries have been tasting off (don’t know if it’s old grease) and things I’ve ordered have been cold . I come here almost everyday on my lunch break because it’s convenient and was good but this has happened a lot lately ..I wouldn’t mind waiting longer if it comes out hot and fresh.
Let’s start with the Good. Easy on and off at a stop light. Well that’s about it. Bad. Every table in the place was dirty. Bathrooms were dirty. Customer services needs some patients.
This is one of the best Arby's ever the customer service is wonderful, everyone is nice, and the food comes out fast and hot also delicious.. other fast food places need to take some notes
Was really hungry for mots cheese sticks, awesome indeed, wish I had ordered 2 orders instead of one, they were killer good.
Friendly staff, and fast service!! I love that they've stepped up their pace in the drive-thru. They get you through there, so you have more time to enjoy your lunch hour!

Great Service! The food was great & fresh. I was disappointed they discontinued the pizza slider it was my favorite and the buffalo wings were disappointing but everything else was great!!!
