I love going to this Arbys. Great service and the kids are really cool. But last night was my worst experience every. Not sure who Autumn is or what her job is but she was very rude and disrespectful to her co-workers and made the visit very uncomfortable. Everyone was doing their job and she came out of nowhere degrading them. I'm not with that type of attitude in the work place. And good look to the young lady the counter. Left her a 10 tip for having to deal with Autumn's bull.
The crew here is awesome polite and organized I made a mistake about some chicken nuggets last Saturday the Manager was professional take care of the problem that was my fault and it was a good experience
Love the food , i just wish as with most fast food places they would stop using too much salt in their foods , then it would be the best ever ❣
I'm so glad they brought the fish sandwich back, it's so much better than McDonalds by far. Would have given 5 stars but since COVID-19 business have changed the way they serve and dine in procedures. But everyone has to be safe. The drive thru line was real long and had a hard time getting out of the parking spot. Overall had a good experience.
Just wanted to leave a review at this arbys bc the manager Jon was awesome! I didn’t know they switched the two for six in the beef n cheddars and the worker forgot as well but he went ahead and allowed me to get the sandwich at no extra cost! He’s a good manager!
Poor customer service. In 5he morning this place is losing a lot of business. 4 other car went through.. to long to get fast service.
They ran out of Arby's sauce. Not a joke, they put up a sign and everything.

Very disappointed the last three times I been to this establishment. The other night I got 2 roastbeef sandwiches got home looks like they put 1 piece of roastbeef on the sandwich had plenty of bread. Tonight went and got a crispy chicken salad looks like they chopped on little chicken tender in the salad I got 5lb of lettuce. Well Arby's just lost my business.
Went to drive Thur on wed oct 27 th at 130 said computerWas down you should take orders and use the Registers Where people who come in a Places orders at or have some kind of back up system i mean the drive Thur line was all the way to the road this is bad business
