I am not an Arby's fan. I ordered there Brisket sandwich, their Wagyu bacon steakhouse burger, the Mozzarella sticks, and a Vanilla shake. All of which I had heard and seen, said it was excellent. They were wrong, the price was $22.08. the price didn't alarm me, but the food didn't impress me one bit. The Brisket was super thin covered with the bar-b-q sauce, the taste was a 5 out of 10. The Wagyu steakhouse burger was an average burger with 3 slices of bacon, I had requested no Mayo on it. I can't stand the taste of Mayo, they covered both sides with it, another swipe against them. The Mozzarella sticks was average cooked , I ate 2 of 4. And the Vanilla shake which I was hoping would knock my socks off, was just an basic cheap vanilla ice cream covered with whipped cream. If it was even ice cream. Arby's hasn't changed they are still serving mediocre food, at above average prices. So from me to you I am staying away from this so called fast food establishment. Hadn't been to Arby's in years. Glad we went back. Excellent sandwiches.
Service was fast I used the drive through. The food was hot, the drink was good and cold. The food was cooked correctly. The associates at the window as well as the speaker were friendly and polite.

I don’t usually post reviews for fast food, but I haven’t been to Arby’s in years. Everything was hot and delicious, the girl at the window with the beautiful hair was super sweet. Both ladies I interacted with were totally nice. Good job guys.
Restaurant was clean and updated. The food we fine but the service was mediocre at best.. The cashier was very rude and unfriendly she never said hello or asked to take our order we had to ask her if she was ready to wait on us. It was mid afternoon and we were the only Ines inside with one car at the drive thru. The cashier did not hand us a receipt rather just laid it on the counter and walked away. Another employee finally came over bagged our order and handed it to us. She was much friendlier and pleasant.
Food was good,just wish service would be a little bit better.
Absolutely best service I work midnight in OC and stop here almost every night. You man at drive thru so respectful of my uniform very polight.Love my milkshake
This Arby's is always on point the beef, brisket and bacon is so good. Not big on fast food but wow
Got there at 6:00 dining room was closed went through the drive-in waited about 15 minutes to get my water we pulled away started heading back towards home my wife started passing out the food we were five french fries short wasn't worth the drive back but it's sad that these people cannot read the order that's posted on the screen and not put your items in a bag very disappointed I will call the Arby's customer service
