My friends are both vegan and recommended this place to us. I'm from Taiwan and never had vegan Chinese food before. I ordered the tofu with crabmeat in hot pot, and it was absolutely delicious. My friends order veggie duck, Singapore noodle and chicken with broccoli, and they are all very tasty. The servers were also very nice and friendly. We will definitely go back there again and would recommend this place to everyone we know.
We've been going here for years. I live close by and go often. My parents go twice a year when they pass through the area. Even though it's only twice a year, the waitresses still recognize them and remember what they like to order every time. Impressive, exorbitant considering my dad likes to order a ton of food to have variety and bring me leftovers.Trying it out? Must try items: Roasted duck appetizer (rolled tofu skins), homemade spinach noodles with beef (gluten). Traditional sesame cold noodles and crispy eggplant.
I have never had a bad meal here. My sons and I have been eating here for 20 years, and each time it is a savory delight. The kung pao dishes are my personal favorites, but I've never been disappointed with anything else.
As a life time vegetarian, Yuan Fu was the worst tasting, the most expensive, and the worst service vegan Chinese restaurant I’ve ever been to. I ordered beef dish and a sponge came out and I ordered Lo Mein and linguine came out. A total waste of money!!

Love Yuan Fu, delicious food and friendliest staff and owner. Many vegan and vegetarian options. I would go weekly if I lived closer.
I mean, come on, it’s an all vegan Chinese restaurant! I took it for granted when I worked 1/4 mile away for 15 years. I did eat there regularly, but now I’m an hour away and miss it! No more buffet because of covid. I was in the area so of course we dropped in! Kung pao tofu, pan fried dumplings and chicken with lotus root ?
The food was great but I felt like, because I was a black man they didn't want me to eat my food inside their establishment.I ordered my food and expressed I wanted to dine in, the hostess said it's better to eat to go...?? I shared that I drove over an hour to enjoy my meal, they served me inside but all my food were in to-go containers. I looked at other customers and notice they had china dishes. I then ordered 2 coconut drinks and was asked again, is it to go. So I just wrapped up my meal and left feeling like I wasn't welcomed but my money was welcomed.The food was great, but the service is questionable.
Great food. Such a huge menu with so many vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. This is the only Chinese place I want to eat at!
This hidden gem has not steered me wrong with any of their dishes. The General Tso'as is tasty with the veggies cut in medium to biggish chunks which helps retain their flavors. The curried potatoes are gorgeous. My staples with any.meal are the sizzling rice soup and the crispy mushrooms. The sesame chicken is delicious!! Cannot wait to go back. It's an all vegetarian / vegan menu and I love it.
