We stopped by to try the Taiwanese dishes, and were disappointed to find out that they are off the menu. Chicken Claws were flavorful enough, but the other dishes were just ordinary. We have had better Luosifen not only in China, but around here as well.

I was with my family visiting this past weekend. Broth was so good. Staff were so friendly because we were not from VA. All the noodle soups and beef roll we ordered were so Yummy! No issues with water and everything was clean and comfortable. This is must try place if you ever in the Fairfax, VA area. Boss lady was so friendly and spent time talking to me and my family since we were from out of the state.Note: Please ignore all the bad comments of place because it is not true. There was comment here about the water and They gave us clean fresh water drink and there were no issues. BEST NOODLE SOUP PLACE in the area.

Visited VA with my family for the weekend, caught my eye on this restaurant because I love noodles & noodle soup dishes! The chef/owner makes the best homemade soup broth. I had the mushroom pork noodle soup which was very delicious, worth the wait because it takes some time to cook the broth. The water tastes great. I’d definitely come again when I visit the area. Highly recommended to try this restaurant if you like authentic Chinese cooking.

Service is better than the last time we were here. The lady owner is nice and friendly. The place is clean. But unfortunately for us the food is just so ..so.. we had some to go as well and the dumpling soup, my kid didn’t like them 它不好吃.

Rice noodles are absolutely fantastic. I personally favor noodles with soup over dry noodles. Be sure to add vinegar. My only suggestion is that the food comes out slow, so order ahead if you are in rush.

The beef noodle is my favorite, I had few times already, every time I am so satisfied with the quality of the food. They still have many other kind of noodle also looks very delicious I need to try. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back more often.

After reading really great reviews from Washington Post and George Mason University Professor Tyler Cowen's food blog, we had to try this new restaurant in our neighborhood. They were right! Highly recommend this place! We started with Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken and Stinky Tofu. Had Beef/veg in spicy broth, fried rice, beef w/sour bamboo/chili. We had some left over to go. Very good food and great service and personal attention from the chef/owner. Look forward to returning soon for trying the many other dishes.

Was quite satisfied with my food. Price is in line with other Taiwanese style restaurants. This shop’s speciality is luosifen, and their beef luosifen soup is pictured below. Certainly a less common dish to find around here, so glad this place exists.

Absolutely delicious! We tried the Roast Pork and Fried Pork Luosifen soup and they were both so flavorful with tender noodles and rich, deep broth! So happy to see Liuzhou cuisine in this area!

Wow, wow, wow! I’m always on the look for a new flavor, and this place certainly delivers! The Luosifen soup is an outstanding balance of sour and savory. The beef burrito was delicious and went perfectly with the mustard greens and ground pork, which was just as flavorful as the soup. Don’t walk to this place, run! Once Covid is over, we will be dining in, early and often.
