Received great customer service by the two guys on the night team. Would highly recommend this place the portions are great
@10pm a sign says” no walk in orders”.This will be forwarded to corporate as this is unprofessional as a business that is open until 11pm.
Ordered the large meal for almost $17 and waited almost 30 minutes when I was the only person in the store. When I opened the box my wings were plain, no sauce or seasoning was on them. A waste of money, I will not be back.
Love the wings , I gave it a four because I guess personal preference. The hottest songs isn’t that great and not because it’s hot but because there’s just no other seasoning. It’s as if they just fried the wings and dumped hot sauce on it . The others though are good . I’ve tried everyone of them
The cooks were having a blast some good musicAnd dancing no Manager in site.Nothing wrong with having a little fun !The problem is all the food was coming out late.My food was late 20 minutes.I pre ordered onkineTuesday 6/8 about 8 pm.Go in one guy's tells me it will be ready in 5 minutes.20 minutes go by and no food finally after 23 minutes my food came out.What's the point of ordering online if is not going to be ready at that time is either the restaurant doing a poor job in execution or is understaffed
I ordered boneless wings and I got chicken nuggets. You would think if you play 15 dollars for wings you would at least get respectable sized wings. Unfortunately, this is not the case.
the food is good , well more or less , the customer service is lousy the tall guy who leaves his gray car outside the restaurant seems like a manager every time he goes out to his vehicle and does not attend to the customers I greet him and do not answer , it seems that the guys from the back house work for him, incredible that a place with such good food has an employee like that ?
The wings are usually pretty good. But if you do pickup, they are rarely uoever ready when they say they will be. I thinko they just start making them when you walk in. On the other hand, today I walked in and they said it would be 5 mins. After waiting 25 mins, they realized they forgot about me and gave me wings that had been sitting there forever.

This will be the last time we order from WingStop inside Wintergreen Plaza for a few reasons:The few times that I have gone to this location, I get no service. There are people at the front- but no one will acknowledge you - even though they see you. It’s like deer in headlights…Setting that aside …1. There lacks consistency in cooking. We get the same orders (garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper). Some days, the garlic Parmesan lacks seasoning and spices - bland. Other times, it’s spot on. The same goes for the lemon pepper.2. Even though I ask for the fries to be well done…they still are limp and lifeless.Most recently (Tuesday, Dec 14) the order was wrong and I did not get rolls. The chicken was way to salty - and could barely eat it. I called the store - multiple times - and the phone just rang. It went to an inbox where calls could not be taken and could not leave a message.Contacted Door Dash - they were not helpful.Contacted WingStop directly - nothing.At this rate, I might just stop going to WingStop all together. Lack of customer service - inconsistent prep of food- inability to contact them when an order goes wrong - not the kind of business I’d like to support.
