I saw a few cars in the drive thru and one person inside, so I went inside to place my order. Big mistake. I stood there while 5 employees only worked on drive thru and mobile orders. It took 10-15 minutes for someone to get on the register and take my order. If a customer takes their time to travel to you and instead of ordering delivery or doing drive thru, I think you should be serving them first…
Slow service, not even busy, the workers were just standing around chatting and laughing

just spent $33 waited for 36 minutes, none of the food was correct, or warm. the lemonade was cloyingly sweet... undrinkable, The Baconator was chalky tasting and cold, the fries taste like they had been sitting out, really rather rubbery. looks like the racoons are getting fed because I don't have time to wait in line for another 40 minutes for money back.

Last night on TV I saw that Burger King had a $5 meal deal! As I was passing Burger King today, on Viers Mill and Randolph road, I decided to turn in and give this a try. After, waiting in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes, being spoken rudely too and in the end being told that they would not honor this ad "because they don't honor these tv ads at this location," I said "screw you, I'm going to Wendy's!"About 4 minutes later, at 4pm, right down the street on Randolph, I arrived at Wendy's. Went through the drive-thru with a breeze, ordered the $5 meal deal and got fries, nuggets, burger, drink and they gave me ghost pepper for diping.I love this place, I love their deals, I'll be back! :-) thanks to the kind cashier and the kind girl at the pick up window!
