In drive true wait very long time at the menu board spicychicken $5.79 they charge me $6.19 I told manager looks like no one worry

Nice place but getting in and out is kinda weird but if you know the area you are all good.

The service was excellent and my kids were happy with their kids meals.

The food is always hot and your order is correct! I went to the drive thru so you’re not looking for a love connection when rating customer service. You order, you pay and in exchange they give you good.Check your order carefully before leaving the drive thru to avoid any frustrations.Wendy’s have changed their fries, that was a game changer. They now need to expand their menu. All of the burger selections seem like they are duplicated with an increase in the price.Whenever I eat inside, the restaurant is clean and the manager is great! You know, no review is complete without rating the bathroom. The bathroom was clean and I like that the door has a swing hinge; so you didn’t have to actually touch a handle with your hands.Overall, nothing special but a burger on the run; But at least they are consistent!

The Drive through is really efficient they move quickly. Sometimes they miss some items I order but it's just small stuff like sauces and stuff like that but overall really good staff.

I live in the area I bought a Dave single but when I got home they gave me a Dave’s double I ate it Saturday night I woke up Sunday with food poisoning. I reached out to the manager to let her know I received food poisoning at her location . She did not take my status seriously and took it for a joke asking me was I sure it was her location instead of checking on there meat . She became argumentibe and while she continued to talk over me I stated if she going to keep speaking over me instead of handling things in proper protocol I will contact the health department. She stated she doesn’t care. Food poisoning is a serious matter and that is someone’s life. She hung up on me multiple times as I tried to call back and tell her I was coming down there with my receipt to show I bought it from this location and she threatened to call the police if I came down there to show her the receipt . On someone that received food poisoning from this location . I will be contacting corporate , Human Resources and the health department and determine if I want to go towards legal matters against Wendy’s for her dismissive attitude. I’ve been sick for almost a week have not ate nothing but apple sauce 3 days after being sick because I was unable to eat anything. I recovered and was left with dehydration and almost past out yesterday due to it. But still recovering . As this matter is serious I will not be satisfied until she is removed as a manager. The manager is completely unprofessional and rude and I’m sure I’m not the only person that has made a review and stated her demeanor. I will be sure to reach corporate but her knowing I will now I put money on it she going to try to reach out first before I do so she can cover up the b.s . That’s what they do when they know you’re going to report them . And because it’s a weekend I have to wait until Monday. If you can’t take your job serious and follow regulations you shouldn’t have a job. Because this was handled completely unprofessional and it was my life on the line she should be removed before this happens to another person I’m sure Wendy’s owner don’t want a bad rep with someone’s life on there hands. I called her back to get her name so I can report her and she refused to give her name and hung up

Long curb line. Online order food wasn't ready on time. Had to come out the curb line just to find out it was closed to walk ins. The personel at the window told me there was nothing he could with the long line "I don't know if you've been here on Saturdays but that's the way it was." He brought my food out. I guess I won't return any day if I'm in a rush? On a positive note, the food was fresh and I received all that I ordered.

Employees needs a class on how to deal with seniors..... seniors needs more time and patience to decide what they want.......

Their newest Burger is the bomb! It's name escapes me but you can't miss it - it's introduced as the 'new feature' and although a bit expensive, it's a "must try" item. You'll be glad you did!
