If there were any less stars to give, I would. This was absolutely the most horrible experience I’ve ever had. I placed a company order over the phone to pick up. Once I got there to pick up my food, they “forgot” to add FREE chips and salsa that comes with every order. Nothing major. I pointed it out and they gave me some. Amongst the items in my order was ceviche as well. They gave me two bags, one paper one and one plastic. I thought the ceviche was in a plastic bag because it has a lot of lime juice. Makes sense, right? I took the bags and put them in my Prius. I put the big paper bag on the passenger seat so it doesn’t move while I drive. My job is 5 minutes away. When I went to take the bag out of the car, the entire bottom went out and all the items spilled out. They put ceviche on the bottom of the paper bag and didn’t wrap it in a plastic bag even though it’s full of lime juice to prevent the possible leak. The juice leaked all over my passenger seat. I spoke to the manager who said there is absolutely nothing they can do and it’s probably my fault because I must have mishandled the items. Not sure how since I only took the bag and placed it in my car. Ohh and btw, he didn’t even apologize. Was only adamant that they can’t do anything about it since it already left the restaurant and kept saying that it’s my fault. Way to own up to your mistakes! Since I’m here already, I’m going to bring up a company outing we had a couple of months ago at the same restaurant where they charged us for food and drinks we ordered but never got and that happened on a couple of occasions. I wasn’t going to write a review then because stuff happens. But this is already a pattern. And a very unprofessional one at that. The worst service possible.
The food and service are always fantastic! We ask for Henry because he is always so attentive and sweet. The food is reasonably price and is consistently delicious. The chips and salsa are spot on. We’ve been coming here for about 5 years and it’s our go-to place for Mexican food. There are so many choices and on the weekends the place is packed, so make a reservation so you won’t have to wait. If you forget, it’s still worth the wait!!! ?
Personally I am very disappointed with this restaurant. Not only did I get 5 pieces of steak for 21 dollars but online their menu was not changed giving me false expectations about the price. I was with a small group of friends trying to have a fun time and we were surprised to see as we split the bill all of us were charged 20% gratuity. Also found a hair in my food which is kinda gross. Would not come again

I ordered the steak fajita. Lots of food available. I called and made a reservation at 5:30pm and it wasn't too busy, just waited 5 minutes. The food was really good. I would recommend the staff to make some spicy hot sauce. The tomatillo sauce was really good though, hardly spicy.
The owner is awesome! Even helps out with staff, patrons and kitchen. He always makes sure everyone is satisfied and all their entrees are up to par. Definitely got to give it a try if you haven't been here.
Food was actually pretty good here. I had the daily special, of Birria tacos! Three tacos, with a small side of consome for dipping and Rice and Beans. The Consome was bland and came out cold... so when our waiter came around, I mentioned it, and I believe they just nuked it and brought it back nice and hot. Tacos were good. The chips and Salsa were good as well. Definitely might go back, it's a bit far from me tho. But worth the drive.
Villa Maya at Bauer drive shopping center is 1 of go to places for tex mex food and margaritas. The staff is very nice and they treat us very well when we go there for dinner with friends and family. The food is always good and deserts are also very good. Depends on who makes the margaritas they are generally always good. I would recommend this restaurant to any one.
