Their pasta dishes take me back to Italy.. even though I’ve never been there before. They’re that good.

I have ordered lunch here for the school I go to and the food is poor quality in my class of 50 people there is a total of 8 people that actually enjoy there food not only that but its 6 dollars a day and in 3 months they have forgotten the food that I have ordered over 30 times (I'm not counting other people who had there lunch forgotten) When we try to tell the school what happened and get them in contact with us they use the excuse "Someone probably took your food before you got to it" I know for a fact that that's not what happened because the class I'm in gets out 5 minutes before every other class and when I don't see it I wait 5-10 minutes to see if they just were still bringing out food. the fact that this is happening and no refunds are being given out when that happens is unacceptable
Highly recommend everything. Still 20 years later by far the best authentic Italian food around!!!
Their school lunch could be better. Definitely not the food you see in the pictures. I wouldn't ever eat here by choice.
I noticed the shop on a test drive and knew I had to come try it out asap! I had the most wonderful experience there today. The service was incredibly kind and generous. The selection was fantastic and I'm so thankful to have some delicious food ready to cook and eat for dinner. I went in looking for one thing and came out with 5! Their cannolis were so good... i picked up some tiramisu to enjoy after dinner, and for another day, i purchased some fresh fettuccini noodles and the bolognese sauce they had ready in the freezer. I asked about their catering services and he handed me a menu and was gracious to show me the options they have available for family dinners. We've got the menu hanging on our fridge now, because we are sure to be regulars at Vignola Gourmet!
Tried this for the first time last night and was super impressed. We had the chicken marsala meal with broccoli and potatoes and it was excellent (and a TON of food given the price). Perfect easy dinner for a group.
The best - sandwiches and pasta are excellent. We stock up on frozen pasta dishes, sauces and eggplant parm. In a city that has surprising few good authentic Italian options, soooo good.
