The make your own sauce bar is where it’s at ? by using the tablet to order essentially whatever we want, we got at least three plates of meat and we were able to change out the soup flavor because we got one a little too spicy. The deserts are worth it too ? will I come back? Yes, yes I will.
Wow this place was fun, the all-you-can eat hot pot & conveyer belt with free add ins makes for a unique and exciting experience. $35.99 for dinner may sound steep, but the food is all delicious, very fresh, and there’s a crazy selection. Also, you get 90 minutes, that’s loads of time to order and eat! The service is extremely fast, ordering is intuitive and you get your food in 1-4 minutes typically, and the sauces & garnishes are great too. You can add on or change things whenever you feel like it and they never took more than 5 minutes to get out my next add in. I got spicy butter broth and a ton of meats ranging from Australian beef to duck gizzard, all of which were unique, tasted fresh, and paired well with sauces such as their homemade sauce and meat sauce. Overall really enjoyed this place, will definitely be back to try more food.
I would not recommend this rude and racist establishment. I went there for lunch today and the host—a young male Asian tended to the other patrons who all appeared to be Asian; however, he completely ignored me (an African American woman), when I requested a table. I was the only person standing there, so he could not have missed me. Instead he proceeded to get on his cell phone and hold a loud personal phone call while looking right at me. So I left. I would not recommend this rude and racist establishment.
This place is semi-automated in that you order off a tablet, and the raw food and cooking broth are delivered to the table. You cook the food in the broth that sits on induction plates on the tabletop. So you have to work a little. The quality of the food was all top-notch, but I think the portions are excessive. There is a $20 food waste charge which is totally appropriate, since many newcomers may order too much at first. I would rather see smaller portions served. So my advice for first-timers is go slow and order one entre at a time for each person, not more "for the table."
A new experience of Food eating. Definitely recommend people to try this place but order carefully if you don’t know the system. We ordered a very large quantity because we didn’t understand how to order and end up paying a lot of money for food wastage. The staffs should explain better the ordering part and how much you need to order. The food was good. It’s expensive $34 each for dinner. Little disappointed with overall experience but no harm to try new things.
Went her for hotpot on a Sunday. We go here early afternoon and were easily seated for a party of 5. It does get busy and there was a wait when we were leaving. It was about 45 per person with a drink not including tip or any premium items. There are ipads at ear table that u order from as well as a rotating belt that contains many of the veggie items. Its hot pot so i enjoyed it but its not something u can eat often because of the oiliness of thr broth.
I am someone who goes to a lot of restaurants and out of all the restaurants I’ve been to, Urban Hot Pot is my all time favorite. Everything on the menu is delicious and ordering on the iPads is very convenient. All of the orders come out promptly and all of the employees are very kind. I’ve been here many times and I always have a great time. The hot pot is all you can eat so my stomach is always bursting by the time I’m done eating.
Always have a good time here. Delicious broth and a wide selection of things to cook in your pot. Lot of fresh vegetables, meats, dumplings, and even fresh sea food. They also have some premium options but those cost more than the flat all you can eat price.Wait staff is friendly and quick to bring out your next order of food. Plus they recently restarted a conveyor belt that goes around the center of the restaurant with small plates of food for your pot. We always leave full and satisfied. Love taking people here!
Healthy eating option on point! You order your soup base, order your choice of vegetables and meat/ tofu for vegetarians. It's a wide option including rice, noodles, eggs, bamboo shoots sea weed, mushrooms etc, then you make them all at your table to your taste!Tip: you pay to cook your meal, so don't go if you just want to eat!Try it for yourself ?
Chicken base is seasoned to perfection!!! The fresh vegetables and sauces definitely a great bonus. Staff are very nice and accommodating. Definitely, understand the need for a reservation. A definite must try place to eat. I do hate they did not have the vegetable noodles. Otherwise great place for a vegetarian.
