10/10 If you are in the DMV, Tiger Sugar, is a must. The service and quality of drinks is impeccable. Caleb and Jason are the friendliest employees and are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I live about 45 minutes away and make it an effort to drive here once a week because they are that good. Go grab a Mango Sago, you will thank me later!
The bubble tea was just okay. I felt like the brown sugar flavor wasn't very strong and it was mostly just milk. The location in NYC is much better and sadly, it didn't translate well as it came to this location.
Amazing customer service. Tea was super delicious and they host Cars & Boba! My new favorite place!

Would post a 0 star if I could. I have like 5 bubbles in my tea where's my latte...customer service was horrible he wouldn't make us a new batch after getting every order incorrectly and when his co-worker asked why he wasn't making new ones he replied saying that they were running out of black tea. Isn't a black tea latte supposed to just be milk and black tea?Fun Fact: company was found using black sugar syrup to cover bubbles instead of doing them the traditional and tasty way and became unsucessful in Taiwan and moved to America to serve exact same thing. Absolute disappointment
very unpleasant I drove 30 minutes because I think they are the best tea, but I did not notice that it was 11:55 am and with the door open we went in to order the one who calls herself manager, she began to give a speech when it is so easy to say no I can take the order because there are only 5 minutes to 12 o'clock, very unfortunate when I turned my back they kept whispering with another client definitely needs to instruct this girl in customer service according to manager(((((((((I feel like you are trying to say that the behavior is normal, it was only 5 minutes to 12 and the door was open otherwise you know you have to wait until 12, but nothing happens if it is normal for you as an owner nothing what to say, thank you and one less customer even if they are really irresistible to you))))))
This is my second time coming here and this is why i gave it a 3 star rating:- The drink itself is very good, definitely one of my favorites ( I got the #1)- The customer service was not the best, people would say “thank you” or “have a nice day” and wouldn’t respond. Customer service was 0, would’ve been 4 stars if it weren’t for customer service.- The last thing I didn’t appreciate was how ice levels couldn’t be adjusted, that’s difficult for someone who has ice sensitivity as well as someone who wants more of the drink and not a ton of ice left over.
If you're a Boba fan, Tiger Sugar is the best in the business. I can't share their secret, but they make their bubble tea in a particular way that sets them apart from the rest of the bubble tea franchises. I especially love the Tiger Sugar location here in Rockville, the staff is super friendly and they hold local events for car enthusiasts which is a great community service and networking opportunity for the locals. Love this place, highly recommend you check it out! Order the #2, it's my favorite!
All flavors on the menu are delicious. The flavor was amazing. It was sweet, cold, and refreshing. It tasted perfect: brown sugar sweetness and just enough sugar. The tea was just strong enough, and the boba completed the whole thing and brought the flavors together. Overall, one of the best milk teas I’ve ever tasted. Highly recommend. Customer service is very knowledgeable about their menu and could help me decide on what I should order.
I was recommended here by my best friend Miguel and wow, I cannot believe how good the Bubble Tea is here. I got the Tiger Meets Chocolate and it was ridiculously good. I was so sad when I finished it but was so happy when drinking it. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to try something new! The Bubble Tea here is amazing and kudos to the staff for being so prompt and friendly!! The owner is definitely doing an amazing job with this location! Can’t wait to be back soon and get some more!
