It was great. The staff was very friendly and helped us make choices from the menu. Food was great, atmosphere was pleasant. You order from the counter and they bring it to your table or for takeout. So I would classify it as fast casual. It was actually really super fast. It seems like it's mostly take out, but there is a small eating space with about 10 or so tables. The parking sucks, but not the fault of the restaurant.

Best place to go for a filling, affordable, and delicious meal after a tough day. I placed an order online that didn’t come through for some reason. I showed them the order confirmation and they quickly put the order in for me. Everyone was kind while I waited and a couple other staff members double checked to ensure I had been helped. The food came out quickly and multiple staff members told me to have a good night on the way out.I already LOVE the food here, but kind service really makes you want to come back again and again. Their pitas and roasted chicken are to die for. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I thought this place was pretty reasonable and had good food! I got the Famous Gyro Pita along with Baklava and liked them both! It was my first time trying Baklava actually.I liked the fresh veggies and sour cream they put on the gyro. I wish they gave a bit more on the side. The Baklava is definitely for sweets lovers. I liked the texture of the nuts in the middle. For anyone who loves a good buttery pastry. The restaurant is bright and the customer service was good. I would definitely stop by here for some quick grub; our food came out in around 5-10 minutes.

Big Greek Cafe makes an excellent gyro. A ton of filling, served fast, and just consistently great for an extremely reasonable price. Also, if you like their gyros, try their gyro bowl. All the same stuff as a gyro, plus rice, greens, hummus, and dressing. It ends up being 2 meals easy.

The food is good. The service is even better than the food. I ordered food on a busy Friday. I'm talking elementary school fundraiser busy where PTA Kevin's and Karen's are throwing down some love for their kids school by eating out at BGC. I walked in to get my food, which was ready on time, and the place was swamped. Got home and realized they forgot a Gyro. I should've checked before I left. I called up and they offered to deliver one to me. Being wicked busy they didn't have anyone free up for a while so they threw in a free dessert. First off they were nice enough to deliver, second a free delicious dessert... Please take my money!

I arrived approximately 15 minutes before closing time. I was greeted enthusiastically. I hastily placed my order and proceeded to take a seat and wait. Seeing that I was having a bit of a physical challenge and trouble walking, the cashier brought my order to me. A nice gesture on his part. Thanking him, I departed the restaurant as a very happy customer. Upon my arrival home, I found the food to be fresh and particularly flavorful. One would never have guessed that the restaurant was about to close. I definitely will be patronizing this restaurant in the future. Their customer service is superlative. Can't thank them enough.

Easy-going casual spot for modestly-priced, delicious Greek food! With 6 Montgomery County locations (not to mention their Food Truck), this venue speaks to the demand for a middle ground dining niche that is slowly assuming an endangered title. Yet they are going strong as ever!Everything on the Menu is delicious; no exceptions! The Dolmades, the Greek fries, the Roasted Chicken & Potato Entree, and the falafel bowl are some of my favorites! Salads are always fresh and if you manage to find any room for desert, don’t skip out on the Classic Baklava or Baklava Cheesecake!Wednesdays are 1/2 Price Gyros (at least at the Norbeck Road location), so if you somehow find yourself a skeptic venture out for gyro in pita that will render your fandom. Insider tip: put a few Greek fries into your gyro sandwich if you want to blow your mind with delectability!

Pro: Food is really good.Con: A little on the expensive side for what you get although the portions are pretty good. Very small parking lot in case you pick up. Also check your receipt after you order to make sure they got your whole order. Nothing worse than getting home and realizing the person wasn’t listening when you ordered.

2.5 stars. Rating based on the gyro sandwich. Very generous portion of beef lamb gyro. I love tzatziki and should have ordered more for my sandwich. I enjoyed the sandwich fine but have had better. Great friendly service.

First time I ordered a ‘Big’ Greek salad & it will be the last time. There’s nothing ‘big’ about this salad & for $13.50 plus tax, I certainly expected more than what one would expect from a fast food chain…w/hardly no dressing/feta cheese & dry as a bone, to boot!!Place is overpriced & quantity/quality of food does NOT justify!!Can anyone say, “RIPOFF”!?!?!
