It was 7pm on a Saturday night. The restaurant was as you can see DEAD. Food was average at best. Service was… disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone unless Kweku was working. He wasn’t. Friday’s do better or Shut it down.
Last Friday, I ordered one appetizer and two entrée. The appetizer was never provided until we left the restaurant. I asked forks and knives twice, but the waiter never gave them to us; I finally had to pick them up from a unoccupied table for ourselves. There was no apology at all. The most annoying part is that they overcharged me than I signed on. I just found it from my bank account so I am writing this review. The food was OK, so I am leaving two stars.

While the service is always great when I pick up my to go order, it seems like this location is always missing some food. The last few times I've gone, I've paid for extra sauce that wasn't given to me and the last 2 times I've went I ordered a half rack of ribs and was only given 4 ribs. When I go to any other Friday's a half rack comes with 6 ribs. The first time it happened I figured, "hey, everyone makes mistakes", but it happened again. I think I am just going to start ordering ribs elsewhere so that I am guranteed what I am paying for, which is unfortunate because the ribs here are so good.
Went around Lunch time, not busy at all. Ordered the mango salmon, and it was cooked perfect. Whiskey glaze wings never disappoint. Service was excellent.
This place has fallen off BIG TIME! I ordered a simple cheeseburger with a Gluten-free bun, they brought me a burger wrapped in lettuce, I had to laugh. I asked the server where is my bun, he replied "this is how Gluten-free comes"...what!? I sent it back and didn't even bother to have them correct it, this place is nuts. I asked another server on the way out if they had Gluten-free buns, he replied yes. Smh, never again.
Staff was ok but1. I ordered fish and chips. Fish was probably cooked twice as long as it should have been. Fries were OK but didn't make up for the fish. I left most of it on the plat. My wife order a pasta dish and asked for a carry out box when she saw the quantity but after eating some of it decided not to take the leftovers home. So really disappointed with the food. The restrooms were another matter. My wife reported that the Ladies room was dirty. I went to the Mens room and the urinals were half pulled off the wall, the floors were filthy and there were no paper towels. All in all the restaurant did not seem to be cleaned well. Will never go to another TGIF.-
Look, I don't mind waiting...but holy Christmas. 40 min for a drink! I had to pick food up for lunch. Our orders sat in the pick up bins, drinks not put in cups yet. Had a hostess, waiter, cook, and manager all stare at the order stapled to the bag. They looked at me, each one asking me the same question, then just leave. I used to love coming here during my college years. Great atmosphere. What happened? Maybe I should come in inebriated so I won't care so much either.
Amazing Bar service! Jay the bartender vibe is off the wall. Music never fails. Customer service is amazing! I pass 3 different TGI Fridays just to come drink here! Best Bar service I've had so far! Thanks Jay!
