This used to be my go-to bubble tea spot, but something has changed. The cleanliness/hygiene is unacceptable for food service. During my last two visits, roughly two weeks apart, immediately upon entering the store there is an overpowering vomit-lime smell. I had to put my nose in my shirt to even stay inside. There was huge splatters and drips running down the walls by the garbage cans and in the entranceway so i suspect the smell may have been from rancid milk. I was hoping it was just a bad day when they hadn’t had time to clean up, but the splatters and smells were still there two weeks later. I do not like to complain about local businesses but any competent owner/manager who takes pride in their establishment would not allow this situation. The tea was also less flavorful and tasted watered down compared to past visits. As there are so many other bubble tea places in the area, I will be taking my business to one of those instead.Edit: I have noticed many other negative reviews in the last 6 months or so. I suspect incompetent new management. Save the headache and drive and extra block to one of the better establishments.
The service was super slow waited 30 minutes while people got their bubble tea before ours. Then it was also very watered down and there were so many chunks of ice as well. Wouldn’t recommend at all
Ordered milk tea. Came without boba. They were able to call about not having a particular flavor but choose not to inform me that they were out of boba to at least give me the chance to get something else. Even worse I asked for extra boba, which they still charged me for even though I got none at all, and offered no refund. This is my second bad experience with them so it's all I need to know to never to come here again. It takes nothing to call and let someone know, but I guess for them not mentioning it at all is better practice.Better places for tea within the area: Pike Kitchen, Tiger Sugar, Ding Tea, Bubbles&Tea try those. You won't be let down like this place does.
Save your money and get bubble tea from Pike Kitchen up the road. Just paid for bubble tea with boba and got no boba. They told me after the fact that they were out. Just ruined my craving because I went way out my way for boba specifically. We won’t be back.
Im sorry, but Tea-do goes to my bottom 3 of the dozens of bubble tea places in Rockville. The tea tastes very watered down and it has a very weird sweetner in its drinks. The names of the drinks are cool but it feels like it was made with Gatorade and not tea.
Good unique drink selections, usually nice staff. And nice area inside.
5 stars for the oolong milk tea with boba. A drink that shows off the tea, isn't too sweet. Really excellent.The matcha drink also had a strong, too too sweet flavor. Yay!The Takoyaki tasted good, but was cold even though we were watching the employee take them out of the fryer area? And took quite a while to get.

Ordered food that I never received. I waited 15-20 mins while my friends ate, then I went to inquire about my food, and they said that they lost my ticket. At this point, I just wanted to leave, so I asked for a refund, which the manager didn’t know how to do. So I waited another 5 mins while the manager called other people. I’m suppose to receive a refund in 3 business days.
Yuppy establishment with the only popping bubble tea in the area. Food is great but a bit $$.Charging stations for devices at every table. Go before 5 or its like a circus there.
