Last few times, our drive thru orders have been horrible here. Tonight actually spoke with the mgr, etc that the nacho cheese sauce we requested and paid extra for was left out last time & if they can add it & NO shredded cheese....pic speaks for itself but had to write this...hope things change.. won't be coming back though.

No fork or spoon for my mashed potatoes so i guess I’ll have to eat with my fingers. Terrible management and employees. No one even answers the phone. It’s that bad. Take a leap of faith and find out for your self or just don’t go cause you won’t regret not going.

I highly recommend going to another location. The customer service was horrible, and even in June 2022 customers are not allowed to dine in or use the restrooms. Pretty awful experience...

Ordered Nachos Grande was a mess! Lid pushed down on top & the cheese, sour cream, tomatoes,beans, & meat was all stuck to top of lid! The container is not appropriate for the Nachos Grande! You need to order a new container, that is not as small & top is taller than food placed inside!!The Tacos are usually split in half & difficult to eat! Same for today, falling apart! Please fix or loose customers! ??

The saddest Taco Bell experience I’ve had in a very long time.Every taco had no ingredients in the tortilla.Crunch wrap supreme, the thinnest I’ve ever gotten… I couldn’t recommend this place. I’d suggest grabbing food from the cvs next door compared to this Taco Bell.

I usually don’t take time to write reviews, but I 10/10 do NOT recommend. Customer service is ABSOLUTELY horrible & they completely disregard your order. Had to wait in front for the right order just to get the wrong one yet AGAIN. & on top of that crushed tacos. Like girl all I ask for is good customer service & good food. Do not waste your time, or money HERE!!! IM TELLING YOU, I WOULD GIVE -0 IF I COULD!!

On March 7th, 2022 the drive-thru lady told me the total is $7.56 but she charged me $17.56. The manager at this location needs to investigate her. I reported it with my bank as fraud.

Missing items on my order, horribly old food, poor customer service. I never want to eat here again and I want my refund!I got a twitter account because customer service reached out but would only accept a response on twitter. I still had nothing done to correct the situation***Update: Still came back a year later to try out a new meal and asked for a fresh chalupa. Heres a photo of the cold soggy chalupa i got.

I am always disappointed every time I come to this location! Unfortunately the employees get my order wrong every time! The tacos are usually very soggy, the chicken sandwich comes dry with none of the toppings that are supposed to be there.

Worst Taco Bell location in all the country. This is my 3rd incident. Second time, no sauces… like zero sauces for everyone. Who eats this without any sauces? Never in my life. Missing items? Replace it with something else, they won’t notice. Order two orders of something? Meh. Just give them one. We don’t answer our phones or our doors anyways. One time, I waited 45 mins in line with my children in the drive thru to be told, they are literally out of every single item except a chicken sandwich (KFC side)… literally everything! They couldn’t have someone go on the line and have the courtesy to tell anyone? Josh have them wait til they get to the teller? You can’t even leave the line unless everyone else in front of you leaves first. I tried to email “contact us “.. filled it out and there was no “send” button. Yeah, just fill out their questionnaire and it goes nowhere. Talk about bad business model.
