This is probably the worst experience I have had at a Taco Bell. I have been going to this place for about 20 years and the staff was terrible. They forgot my order 4 times. Made me wait 45 minutes and said f you when I asked to apologize. Put meat in my food and never picked up the phone when I called to say incorrect order. It’s was just plain awefull. Sent a note to corporate but obviously they did not bother. The manager Mark said I am too busy yo come and apologize as I have too many other customers. I think I have had it with this taco. There are others in the area who can have a decent customer service. .

This location specifically is HORRIBLE. I'd give this location ZERO stars if I could. My husband and I went to this location today and when we got to the drive-thru the lady asked what we wanted and we initially asked for Mexican Pizza and they were OUT. (This is probably the 3rd time we have been told they were out). So I proceeded to place our order. After every item she kept saying "ANYTHING ELSE" I told her SIX times that I'm not done ordering. I asked for customization in my order and she suggested some different item, I POLITELY said "No thank you" and I said can you repeat my order to make sure I have everything. She did and I asked if she got my custom order right she said yes pull up to the window. When we got to the window the lady taking our payment didn't even acknowledge us. I asked her to please put mild and hot sauce packets in our bag. She said ok. When she was returning our card she didn't even look at us. First she handed my husband the WRONG order. Then she took it back and gave us our order. I was checking all our items because this LOCATION is NOTORIOUS for messing up orders. When I was checking she came back to the window opened the window and told us to pull forward because we were running her time and there was a line behind us. I told her you didn't put any sauce packets in our bag she turns to grab some and starts cursing us out to her coworkers while the window was open and we heard everything. We were very disrespected. I will NEVER go back to this location and I'll make sure all our family and friends know as well to AVOID this location. I can't believe they have such disrespectful employees. This isn't the first time I've had such horrible experience at this location. I gave them the benefit of doubt, but after today this location has lost my business and I'm sure they will lose a lot more. I will be filing a formal complaint to their corporate office.

I went to get some food for my friend and I had to wait for over 10 minutes to even speak up and ask for the manager. The girl at the front was so rude. She didn't acknowledge that I was there. I spoke to the manager and told him that. The food wasn't even ready. So unprofessional and lack in customer service.

Stopped here while on a trip and the drive thru was very quick despite being in the middle of a rush. The staff was very nice and polite and my food was perfect.

I ordered burrito supreme but is was so soggy and loose. It didn't taste bad though.

i sat in the drive through for over 35 minutes and i was like the 8th car. they are either seriously understaffed or they take their sweet time. either way it was really frustrating because i ordered online and couldn’t just leave the line because i had already paid.

Didn't see me waiting or come up front to the counter. Also they forgot two items last time I was there.

Today I went to Taco Bell for breakfast, for the first time I ordered cheesy Fiesta potatoes. They gave me a potato burrito with eggs. I ate the whole thing. After I barfed. That was the same day I was going to Richmond , V.A I had the worst day ever and it was Eid Al Fiter I hate this Taco Bell

Horrible costumer service. They do not know how to do there job. Corporate should really come look at how this business runs towards the evening. The workers are absolutely terrible.

They don’t serve the food 30 min before closing time, they claim they run out of the food. While serving person in front of me because they are African Americans. They discriminate people in this branch. Corporate should be aware of this.
